This episode spends a lot of time trying to find a loophole in the law, but ignores "legal basis" as a point of contention. For example, "on what basis, do we conclude that voting in this way produces outcomes in line with the laws intent?" In this situation, we find that studies of humans show a predisposition to negative "views" towards people perceived as "in a position of authority or consequence" and that every human views group viewings like TV as "positions of authority or consequence". Now, we can measure the net negative "views" for situational review vs "in specific" review and show those negative changes are not based on real "views" the voters. In short, everyone present at a lynching seems to want the lyching show, but most asked afterwards didn't support the basis for the lynching itself. 😊
