- A simple but very effective workout
From the moment you wake up till the time you go to bed you do 10 push ups every hour
I usually pick a Saturday and then if I fancy pushing harder I will do Sunday as well
ENJOY this simple but powerful workout AROO
It's been 3 years hope your still alive and still doing this health is wealth
getting TO 10 in the first place is the real fun part :P took me 13 weeks lol slow and steady, cant' afford injuries aver 50.

@@mosesstrange9753 have switched over to 2reps pullup then 2 reps chin ups, wait to recover, repeat, as many times as I can a day. build up core and back.
generally manage to reach 10 or 12 a day. (so far)
my pain condition is flaring this week so it's proving extra challenging, and I'm just doing what I can when I feel I can.

What are the risks/negatives to doing it every day? What about 10 every other hour, every day? I know myself and if it isn't something i make an every day habit, it probably won't get done.
If u wanna do high volume Push ups the main thing u should be scared of is shoulder impingenment, but with proper techniques and some stretches u will be alright
Stay hydrated. Maybe even overhydrate just a BIT when you first start these.
i do 20 a hour everyday. Also why not go for variation
@Noob Drifter if you do too many or go to failure each time you can easily over work yourself, which can cause injury, and doesn't give your muscles enough time to build.
@Noob Drifter but doing a light or comfortable amount each waking hour with good form is nothing to worry about and should be beneficial for you

Yes you need to warm up for activating the muscle fibres. For exemble :1min jumping jack,plank schoulder taps or you can do some puch up on the knee first and animal walk however. When you start you workout i recommend highly to do some typewriter and archer puchs up between your other puch up variations . And what is very effectiv is to do only 1 slow motion push up for 1min ,you can add this variation at the end from your puch up sets .
I've been doing 100 every 2 to 3 days just regular and diamond Ive heard the wide variation is bad on shoulders also I mix in shoulder shrugs and bicep curls with dumbbells and a 30lb kettlebell I had to change my diet so I can't curl my 40lbs but 1 time cause I've lost weight used to curl them around 6 times back a year or so ago but I have a 25 lb, a 15lb and 2× 30 lbs and 2 ×10 lbs dumbbells I can curl the 30 12 at a time but I'm hoping to eventually get more reps with the 40s mostly use those for shrugs

@@kondoned No then your body won't heal and you will feel like shit and it won't help you thats why those bullying videos of doing 1000 pushups everyday for a month are bullshit.
I do max failure knuckle pushup like 4 times in an hour
I though 100pushups per hour.
