I appreciate you turn to books when you’re needing direction. I think I used to be like that until I came into the video world of learning, and I need to return. Thanks!

Immediately bought the year of yes. Thanks for the recommendation. I’m loving your videos ❤

I look forward to you coming back with the update. I heard of the Mountain is You and understand what you mean about the delusion or illusion self-help often creates or portrays. I'm gonna look into these and the Talia Hibbert book (I've only read her YA book so far very cute). I love how you tied that into this video. I love a good nonfiction read but also love my fiction too.

Talia Hibbert is the BEST! I'll have to check out her YA book.

Have you read any Brene Brown? I'm thinking particularly of "Daring Greatly", and she's also a psych researcher. I'm not positive it's what you're looking for, but wanted to mention it in case you find it helpful. :)

I love the year of yes! First read it in 2017 maybe it’s time for a reread lol. Also I’ve found listening to audiobooks helps me get through them easier

I agree, a reread is always a good idea! I think audiobooks are a lifesaver!
