I replaced everything from the back of the cab to the cowl. Doing my metal repair on the doors and replacing hinges now. Getting them off the door was extremely easy for me. I used a hammer and tap as close to center and drilled them out without having to grind the heads off. I may have to use your idea and make the holes bigger on the door to get some adjustment in them. However, my doors are really close. Only off by an 1/8 of an inch. Top of door needs to move inwards towards the cab. All other door gaps are close to perfect. Thanks for the video.
I subscribed. Ive got a 48 F1. My doors were out the same as yours. I tweaked the cab. It eas "racked". I almost got into changing my hinges. I did change the pins.
So there is no floater plate in the hinge kit? I'm in the same thing now on a 52 for a client. Can't believe they riveted these things. So you made your own cool.

How 'bout them Dogs! Your videos are well presented too bad more people are not seeing them yet.
I hate to say this and I hope you got it figured out.
That cowl needs to be welding in with the doors on, there is almost no adjustment on these doors
