The idea of Rayquaza on that logo is still so cool to me.. Would y'all want something like this to be Zygarde's origin or you rather it be a natural Pokemon?

Well, episode HZ045 really showed a quasi-crystallized [Dragon Tera type] Shiny Rayquaza and a shiny 10% form Zygarde which seem to be both linked to the famous kingdom of Rakua. So, that gives us the confirmation of their participation in the upcoming lore game.

The A / Delta logo definitely has a big connection to Rayquaza.
When it mega evolves, it gets a delta symbol or something around its mouth and its ability is literally DELTA STREAM

Just pointing this out, Terapagos has the exact same type of ability as Zygarde and Rayquaza, completely nullifies harsh sun and electric terrain, but also gets rid of all weather and all-terrain. Maybe these, Pokémon are connected story wise they just have similar abilities because they are guardian-like Pokémon. Rayquaza keeps Kyogre and Groudon in check, Zygarde keeps the ecosystem in order, And Terapagos protects its home and paradox pokemon.
Considering the anime features all 3 of these mons, it's highly likely that they are all related somehow.

I know it’s probably isn’t a important connection but the shiny of zygarde and of rayquaza are the complete opposite of each other. The one is black the other one white. Meaning the complete opposite of one being the guardian in the sky and the other the guardian on the ground.

I really do not think its a synthetic pokemon, it'd kind of go against the point of it. The zygote part is clearly just about the smaller pieces making a bigger thing
I agree with you and I don’t think Zygarde is a synthetic Pokémon either. And Xerneas represents Life and Yveltal represents Death and you cannot have Life and Death without Order. Too much life is very dangerous and can damage the ecosystem and too much death is also dangerous and can damage the ecosystem as well.
I really hope Rayquaza is in Z A because connecting Zygarde and Rayquaza in some way fits perfectly, they both basically do the same thing in gaurding the planet with Rayquaza protecting the atmosphere from threats and Zygarde watching over the land. It would be so cool to see a new threat thats so dangerous both of these green snakes have to team up to stop it.

In the last episodes of the indigo disk dlc he mentioned that the end of games makes him sad. Makes me wonder if he hasn't released it because it's the end of extreme, an end of an Era. Wasn't fully on board with this, until that anime thing which certainly is INTERESTING. Maybe you could have a full video exploring this plot that they're doing with Zygarde and Rayquaza in the anime these days. Also, the fact that Z-A could stand for Zygarde-rayquazA is intriguing me too...
Definitely not true theory: zygarde is the black city and the A legendary is the white forest. One a black dragon, the other white. The shinies flip.
I think Lyko’s hair clip looks way too similar to the A from ZA. Maybe we see her ancestor or she’s involved somehow and will tie the show to the game similar to the last series showing the Hisuian evos when Ash meets the hisuian growlithe. The colors are also similar
I wasn't sure to believe the connection with Rayquaza and Zygarde, but things are starting to line up. They balance two opposing forces, one's of the sky and the other is the earth. And now the connections in the anime, both are shiny, and on the opposite color spectrum. You might be on to something!

To build on what ttar said about zygarde having the mega evo organ. Imagine instead of being able to mega evolve itself, when it keeps the order between the 2 auras, it takes the excess aura and uses this organ to create mega stones for near by pokemon that it has taken aura from as well

I feel there may be a Dragon/Fairy Pokemon out there that truly may be like there middle. Dragon/Flying for Raquaza, and Dragon/Ground for Zygarde. And it’s kind of interesting that the flower his Floette holds is totally bizarre and may play a part in the helping out.

The biggest unanswered question is how the ultimate weapon catastrophe was allowed to happen on Zygarde’s watch when it’s supposed to keep the life and death cycle in check. Maybe it didn’t allow it to happen. What if Zygarde was AZ’s apology to the world? An insurance against a repeat. To ensure it could never happen again. Lysandre’s attempt was feeble in the end. If it got too serious, would Zygarde have intervened?

To go along with the zygarde being artificial, I think zygarde wasn’t supposed to be able to split into cells but rather was meant to mirror a mega evolution
What if there was a world, where we would absorb Zygarde cells into our cube (like we did in Alola and _should_ have done in Kalos but didn't because that feature didn't make it in time) and, at some point during the main story, on the way to the eighth gym badge, we ascend Rayquaza's domain and the region mascot becomes our Pokémon at the summit (just like in Emerald)? Oh, and also there is this thing with Oddish Leaves being used to craft something (similar to Scarlet and Violet).
Turns out, that world actually exists, albeit not as, well, an official, core series, Pokémon game.
It all makes so much sense that i'll be mad if it isnt. ORAS literally came out after XY they really are connected!
They are both green and form a trio with a red and blue Pokémon -- Rayquaza gets a red Groudon and a blue Kyogre to match Zygarde's blue Xerneas and red Yveltal.

I unironically believe this theory. I believe that since this is Legends Zygarde, Zygarde will overpower and defeat mega Rayquazza. They both seem to have a LOT of rivalry anyways (since both of them are supposed to be Pokémon of order). I don’t believe Zygarde is synthetic but what I do believe is that Rayquazza and him will have A LOT of tension in this game

As cool as this theory sounds, i feel like a significant hole in it is that Xerneus and Yveltal never appear in the same game. They replace one another in their respective versions, with no hints to the other’s existence. If we base the story of Z-A on this, then there isn’t any reason for Zygarde to be created to balance the powers of Xerneus and Yveltal since only one of the two can exist at any given time.
This theory is very very flawed in its reasoning.
Saying zygarde is an artificial rayquaza is saying Xerneas is an artificial Groudon and Yveltal is an artifical Kyogre.
Maybe the end game Pokemon is SKY Guard Ray and zy fusion like kurem forms
Zygarde, in its Perfect Form, seems to be a failed carbon copy of Mega Rayquaza. Also, both Pokémon are seemingly composed of extraterrestrial minerals.

I don't think it's that they couldn't come up with something new it's just they re did a similar type of ability triangle for the introduction of fairys. Kyogre flooding the world vs Groudon burning up the world with Rayquaza to balance them when they get out of control is the equivalent of Xerneas giving life energy and Yveltal sucking life energy with Zygarde having the ability weaken their abilities.
Pokémon forsure knows how to use real world lore and mystery and put it in their games I’ve seen this theory before not on Pokémon tho
