I tried the wrap years ago where you had to make the wrap yourself. It was very messy and they recommended using plastic wrap around the whole thing. That really put me off wrapping. But now I will try the professional wrap.

I make my own with Dollar Tree mini-pads and their stretch bandages. Dont waste your money on too much plastic material. Use cotton whenever you can do so, on your skin.

Denise , do try it massage it into your joints , I have some cotton gloves I put on at bedtime.. not all the time my hands aren’t that bad on a day to day basis.. my hand brace helps a lot when it flares up .. try the CO and gloves be patient 🌷💕

I bought a pack for my gallbladder and found it uncomfortable. I don’t really understand why that is different than just putting the castor oil directly on the skin. I just rub it over my gallbladder every morning when I get out of the shower. Does anyone know the benefits of the pack over directly on the skin?
