I just watched a RUclips on Castor Oil & Baking soda for everything from muscle pain, fungal infections, insect bites, scars/stretch marks, circulation and lymphatic drainage, dry skin, oily skin, hair and scalp, and detoxification. The recipe is: equal parts of each. Massage into affected area. Let sit 20 minutes. Rinse. I haven't tried it. I have used Castor Oil on my face now for 60 days, It has really softened the lines in my face, and works better than an expensive moisturizer. I also applied it to my ankles, feet and soles; wore footies to bed, for a month. I now have the softest, pink soles, feet and toes. I never thought I'd ever have soft feet again. Amazing!
I LOVE your comment about how our thoughts control our lives. SO TRUE!! Also.....I am 73 years old. I use baking soda about every 3 days as an exfoliant....and I use castor oil EVERY night, as the last step to my nightly facial routine. NO ONE believes I am as old as I am, chronologically. LOL. The proof is in the pudding, so to speak!! 🙏😊💖
@@LLEADLibraryLeadership-xy4zm I pour a bit into the palm of my hand, add a bit of water to make a paste, and "wash" my face with it. Then rinse off. i do this in the shower to avoid a mess.

thank you for your video. I've never combined the 2 products, I don't know why. I've been using baking soda for years, as deodorant, instead of shampoo, to brush my teeth and as mouth rinse, as face scrub, to desinfect, etc. Whatever I can think of. And I've used castor oil instead of all those expensive creams. Now, I will have to try the combo. And no worries, for tooth brushing I dissolve the baking soda in a shot glass, so it's not harsh on my enamel. Ever since I started doing that instead of all those fancy toothpastes, no more sensitive teeth, of any kind of dental discomfort. Also no more split ends in my hair, since I banned all shampoos and commercial conditioners. Does that not lead to more money for new furniture? LOL.
Ignore men when they say that new furniture isn’t needed. It’s important to love the home you are in and love the furniture. At end of day it is not expensive over time. It’s just often men value other things. We recently updated our home and new furniture. I made a point to let him know this was not furniture for life I will want change again in likely 10 years.
