    I went for the 13 inch. The bass from the speakers is much better plus it has 20% more screen brightness compared to the 11 inch model.

      How do you feel using it? Because i am thinking of buying it. U feel comfortable holding it for extended periods? And what about apple pencil? Felt any lag due to low refresh rate when writing on the ipad?

    • @RaavMedia
      @RaavMedia  2 месяца назад

      @@anonymous-cg4ot The bigger size no doubt is mote suitable for desk use. If portability is your priority, do get the 11 inch size.
      Apple Pencil is smooth despite that 60Hz refresh rate. iPadOS is very well optimised so the response rate is instant and unless you compare this side by side with the pro .. you will not notice any difference!

    The new 13” Air is basically a “Pro” machine now minus one or 2 features that the purposely marketed Pro iPads have.

      Totally agree .. also considering the price jump which the Pros had this time, the M2 iPad Air is really the best option for most of us!

    I hope other reviewers watch this, we’re not all obsessed with the Apple Pencil!! Great review for most potential buyers, this could have made the difference between purchases.

    Absolutely no critical point
    In fact the screen ratio of the 13 is 4/3 and the 11 7/10
    So when you watch a film , you won T have a lot of bigger size with 13 compared with 11

    • @RaavMedia
      @RaavMedia  3 месяца назад

      It’s not that you see more content.. it’s just that the content you watch is projected onto a bigger surface .. something like comparing a 42 inch TV against a 52 inch one where both are located exactly at the same distance from your viewing point.

    Ipad will be my very first investment after my phone. Considering the budget, I will have to go for the 11 inch one.
    Thanks for making this video, got a general idea of what I will be getting with respect to the 11 inch screen size.

    Hey raav! Quick question regarding the M4 Ipad pro and M2 Ipad air, I am a middle school student and am planning to use an ipad up until college. I primarily use it for movies, basic software such ad ms word, excel, sheets, etc. I also do some light gaming but not AAA games. In your opinion will the m2 ipad air be futureproof enough for 5-6 years just with daily use? Also how long is the software coverage on this about 2 year old chip? Thanks!

    • @RaavMedia
      @RaavMedia  3 месяца назад +1

      The M series chips are really an overkill for iPad .. so you should be good for next 5 to 6 years and even more with the M2 chip. However, just wait till tomorrow and see if Apple drastically changes things on iPadOS .. and then you can decide 😊

    Never used or had an iPad before ... i can imagine the (1000 nits) tandem oled screen on the M4 Pro is the better display, but, what about the displays between the mini-led on the M2 Pro and the "normal" LCD display on the new M2 Air ... is there a big difference between the two, everyday usage wise, watching movies, web surfing, brightness, etc 🤔

    • @RaavMedia
      @RaavMedia  3 месяца назад +1

      Mini LED display is better than standard lcd but again, you mostly notice the difference when you are watching content in very low lighting! My personal daily driver is the iPad Pro M2 11 inch which doesn’t have the mini led or OLED display and to be honest, it is perfectly fine! The standard lcd panels on iPads are really good .. I recently did a comparison video between m4 and m2 iPad Pros .. please do check that as I try to capture and show the difference!

    I’ve a iPad Pro 2020 12.9 but I’m considering to buy iPad Air m2 11 just for external display , will it be downgrade??

    • @RaavMedia
      @RaavMedia  3 месяца назад +1

      Well yes, it will feel as a downgrade especially if you are used to the promotion screen and the quad speakers of the 2020 version .. also, I feel the 2020 will still hold good for a few more years .. so unless there is some advantage that you are after with that M2 chip under the hood, I feel you are still good with the 2020 Pro!

      Is it good for gaming..or I go for 11 inch

    • @RaavMedia
      @RaavMedia  3 месяца назад +2

      I feel gaming holding the 13 inch in your hands is a bit cumbersome.. the extra weigh does get to you .. plus navigating controls which are in the middle of the screen in games like COD is really hard! But if you are going to pair a controller then the 13 inch feels much better!
