Please, what should I do??
My question is what happen when sperm reach before ovulation mean 2 day before egg released ? does Male sperm (Y) dies in 1 or one half day...! and what happen when man sex daily in fertile window before ovulation ? it can also give chance to new sperm if old sperm dies ? pls reply asap.

I just finished taking my last dose of Femara yesterday. Started mid cycle since the lack of cycles. Today I have heavy spotting is this a normal side effect of Femara? Will I still hopefully ovulate this next week?
Clomid I was told by my doctor can cause side effects in general. And let me mention they are not minimal by any means. Don’t like when doctors say those things especially when you have never taken the medication yourself. Also clomid can cause the growth of ovarian cysts. That was never mentioned.
