  • Dr. Randall A. Loy breaks down the differences between Clomiphene and Letrozole with his usual wit and wisdom. Although he admits he's not an artist, you'll have no problem following his pictorial of just how these fertility drugs work in a woman's body. Informative and inspirational...this episode is absolutely Dr. Loy at his best!

Does age matter when using femera? I have pcos and have secondary infertility, and I am 37 years old. I just finished my third cycle of clomid. Also is frequent yeast infections a side effect of clomid?

hello! I hope to hear from you soon. I've been struggling to get pregnant for a while and just went to talk to my doctor. she did some blood work and ran some tests and they are telling me that I have PCOS, my testosterone is really high, and my egg supply is low. Is Letrozole good for someone with high testerone? I'm asking because of the way you described this makes me think that it makes for higher testosterone.

Love how this video gets right to the point! Facts only! ❤❤❤ did 2 rounds of clomid, failed. Switching doctors waiting for June to roll around to get started on my new plan. Hopefully it’s Femara this time as I had too many bad side effects from clomid (not a fan). I’ve struggled with PCOS for over 15 years. I have high test and little to no progesterone as indicated on my blood work. I hope this summer I get pregnant with my first 🙏🏼

So, I don’t really under why? (Completely) but my doctor put me on Letrozole and Norethindrone for a solid two months, everyday. I did IVF twice already (two cycles) one FET transfer didn’t not implant- the second cycle worked but I did miscarry at 5 weeks. After that I was placed on these two medications for two months (why?) I’ve had every test known to IVF done and I’m healthy, no issues what so ever. No PCOS, no blood clotting factors, no immunity issues, uterine biopsy and X-ray came back normal- I’ve had an HSG done a hysteroscopy and many other tests done. My embryos have been PGS tested (all normal) but I still miscarried. What could be wrong? I eat healthy- I don’t drink caffeine or alcohol. I don’t do drugs, so I’m confused. I’m due for my next transfer feb 1st. That is why I’ve been on Letrozole and Norethindrone for the past two months. Will this help? I’ve also had an endometrial scratch we are putting neupogen in my uterus this week right before transfer. (The glue) I only had to do IVF because my tubes were tied, nothing else was wrong. 🤷🏼‍♀️ what are my chances of a take home baby?

, now company has refunded 3bottles at 30 a bottle!! This worries me they paid refund to quickly. Then I see the direction/ suggested for women who have irregular cycles I was not told this I'm torn to stop this supplement or continue it as I've read it could be fixing the issue but, I'm worried I want a healthy babynot just a chemical pregnancy again

I ve a question please. We combinated clomid with letrozol. Today is cycleday 14 and i had 5 follicles the biggest was. 21.2mm and the smallest 19mm. Do you think they are all going to jump? My doctor said i can choose it on my own if i want to risk twins or tripples. Twins and tripples would be ok for us . My doc said there a low risk of the sperm getting all 5 eggs. We will wait untill i ovulate on my own, no trigger shots. Thanks for your help🙏
