There is no getting past it. Ken Dodd's voice has all the qualities needed to produce the warmest, richest and most comforting tones one could ever hope to hear. It is medicine to both body and soul. God bless this gentleman, for his voice will go on blessing others 'till the end of time. Outstanding talent! Rest in peace Sir Ken.
Probably one of the most underrated great talents of British entertainment over the last 50 odd years. Never heard a bad word about him nor ever a bad word from him. Star is an oft overused word in showbiz, but in Ken's case it fits perfectly.

Going to see him this month at the Alexandra Theatre Bham my first time...every time he has come around he has been a sell out...my daughter managed to get us tickets...so looking forward to the show...and couldn't be a better place to see the master as i worked there in the 60's!
