Just about the best there has ever been, never to be seen again. I had the privilege to see this great man in Llandudno several years ago, I remember it well, still don't know how one man can remember so many jokes; one liners, quickfire, all night, amazing Sir Ken !!
RIP Doddy. True Legend. Went to see him at the Grand Theatre Leeds a few years ago. Laugh. ..... my jaw ached for days !!!! The show finished in the early hours of the morning! ! Brilliant!

I've seen him 3 times. First time I had a heart attack 40 mins in. missed the next 3 hrs but caught him again and managed to sit through 2 full shows. You get your monies worth. Catch him while you can he wont be here forever. The man is a legend.

What I love about Ken Dodd is the magic of comedy which you could enjoy with your grandmother. There are no swear words, some things which can be taken two ways, but never offensive. No racial comments or anything to cause offence. I hope to see him one day live. There will never be anyone to match him.
I saw Ken Dodd at the Parr Hall in Warrington, 2013 I think, he was on for over 4 hours and I was sore from laughing, not a person in the room left early . He got a standing ovation at the end, and there was not not one swear word all night, then we get the fools on the BBC about as funny as cancer and they can’t put two words together without effing this or effing that and the audience think it’s hilarious, it shows how little talent they really have. Apparently they all have trouble filling a small room now and the only income they have is from the license fee payer via the BBC, aren’t we generous?

He was a virtuoso ventriloquist but knew that subverting all the cliches made for a far more entertaining act! He’s the funniest vent I’ve seen - all without profanity (though he wasn’t averse to a few double entendres)
watched him on saturday in aldershot. was superb! met him after the show, lovely bloke! spoke to us for around half hour, got photos and a programme signed! lovely to speak to! great pleasure to meet him! if you go and see him.....wait to meet him or youll be sorry!!
