my mn triton has just ticked over 90,000 ks and just started to make a vibration on the weekend on a drive. The drive was nothing out of the normal. After checking it sounded like a pulley startin to get noisey, but then a slight tick or clacking started. after alot of googling and listening i feel it is a pulley in the timing case. I am doing the timing belt kit and water pump on friday and will let you know my findings. The noise and my version of how it sounds i hope will be helpfull to others before terminal engine issues.

it turned out to be the balance shaft belt had striped all the teeth off, (found in with timing belt). I had stopped driving the car until i fixed it, lucky, could have got expensive.
