come on Bob keep with the system 🤣 you might think about not fitting second hand parts going forward will definitely cause problems , you have no warranty or come back if the used part causes other problems , what if the part you use causes a fire. , guess who they blame and come after , sorry to be so negative but you need to cover your ass at all times , compensation claim for blame world we live in. . keep the videos coming 👍🧑🔧🥕
we do have it listed on our insurance that we can fit used electrical modules and parts,but I fully understand what your saying.

How many RUclipsrs do you get ringing up to see if you can mend their car for free over the phone?
no RUclipsrs so far as we are not that big but a lot of customers calling,they start with “just phoning for a bit of advice “ my response is “we are booking for 2weeks time are you ok to leave a deposit?” 😂😂
Never fit second hand, or customer supplied parts 👍
yep I’ve let myself down,I should have sent the job away after I diagnosed the fault if he didn’t want to pay
The door handles from ford pal are likey to be 5 working days from Germany . They are a bit of a fiddle . But you can reuse the covers . new handles come with covers . But not painted
yeah they are saying around 5-8 days but the customer never uses them so will repair when he is ready to sell it
They don’t realise about second parts you even get faulty brand new parts and they don’t understand
lucky I am fully honest and they understand perfectly that it’s tuff😂😂 customer services at its best
