Your videos are fantastic, so helpful, really clear, step by step. Shame I didn't check this one before. Insulated staff bead and parting bead incoming!
Very informative, thanks. I'm a joiner but I've not done many sash windows. Do you do many retro fits of slimline glazing into the sash windows you refurbish too? I guess that would cut down on energy loss even more. Cheers for the video.
Thanks for the comment, I’ve done hundreds, so gets quicker with every one under your belt. That obviously doesn’t include any rotten timber repairs, painting or preparation for painting.

Thanks, glad you found the video helpful 💪
Brilliant video! Thanks very much 🙌🏻
Glad you liked it!
A link or reference to the products used would be so helpful, including the proper name of these.
That’s a good idea, on reflection I should have done that🙈
Thank you- Great explanation

Heritage double glazing*
Great work! Any chance you come to the Leicester? Need all my timber sash windows restored.
Thanks for the nice comment. Unfortunately we only work in London & Surrey, sorry.
Brilliant 🙏🏼💚🙏🏼
Thank you😁
Great video! How did you fit the parting bead at the top? Is it routed in somehow?
Flush mounted to the top of the box, pilot drill with 2mm bit then use 40mm panel pins.
1/2 to a full day to renovate a sash window surly it takes longer than that ..? I've never done 1 in one day
