Hey Aaron, congratulations to another great video. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This is the best demo of the Stamme[n]. I have this pedal a few months now, but still learned a lot about it watching your video. Thank you very much 🙏 and good luck for you moving to your next place 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you very much for the kind words! It's definitely far more complicated than it seemed at first. Hopefully the move will be all over soon and I can get back to guitar!
Just arrived...couldn't be happier...have two outputs on my guitar so running one into the stammen and the other into the molecular disruptor....can't wait for a stretch weaver to show up. Thank you again for your demos. Mode 1 was made clear[ too excited to read manuals]
@AaronRusch I bought a stretch weaver last week. As with everything drolo it's very inspiring. Now can't wait for the integral dual convolver to arrive[ in November].
Do you still have the night sky?? I swear are you made a video where you were playing guitar through it and talking about how you love the sound more than the big sky, but. I watched your should I buy it video and that wasn’t it am I trippn? Anyway, I’ve had it for a little while. I’m struggling to get a decent sound from it. I got it use so I think I’m in a factory reset it because he definitely didn’t sound like yours getting way too much pitch information in the Reverb. Thanks for all the videos. Hope all is well.
Hi Matty, sorry for the slow response. Yeah, I'd definitely recommend a factory reset and a firmware update if you aren't on the latest one. I do still have the NightSky as the last pedal in my chain, and I still really love it, although once in a while I replace it with the BigSky to get a different vibe. Once the new year rolls around, I'll be off my lazy butt and making videos again, and I'll definitely talk a bit about how I'm using it these days. Hope you are well!!!
Hmm, this is a tough question. I'd say the Stammen can deliver a wider range of effects. The Mood is more chaotic, and it does this one particular thing with the stretch function that I adore and is foundational to my writing... so if I had to pick between the two, I'd pick the Mood. However, I'm really happy I have both, and I'm fickle, so that opinion may change :)
I was also torn between the Stammen or the Mood but then I discovered the Free the tone motion loop which gives more control over sample loops you can create (allowing you to record then select which part of the loop you want) and has over a 100 presets.

Do you think the mood is better ?
