My god Bobby's mom is wise, and a hero to me. This lady saw war at 7, her sister died at 10, she didn't really have the option to eat meat unless it was dogs till 24. Then she comes to America at that age and is burdened with an alcoholic abusive husband, one son who is trying everything he can to be a religious weirdo, another son who is doing stuff like drugs and doing sexual things with mentally challenged people, and who knows at what age. On-top of all that she ran a store with that same husband, and if I had to guess did most of the necessary work to run that business. Now she's 80, friendly to everyone, seems very happy with her life, is smart enough to say things like " It was the Japanese government, not the people". Then to cap it off somehow she is funnier than both her stand-up comedian children. 👏👏👏

@43:33 I’ve been trying to get sober for so long and can’t do it. I come home everyday and get drunk til I can’t walk and watch a lot of comedy podcasts. Thank you for this information as it excites me to get sober more than anyone can say in real life, thank you bad friends❤
You can either do it now and get back on track, or do it later because you've realized you've wasted the last however many years, decades, missed out on love, relationships, and your health has gone to shit. Or you can never do it at all. The first option sounds pretty good, yes? The years just slip away in addiction, don't keep putting it off. Bite the bullet my friend. Go through a relative moment of hell, and the rest of your life you're free to enjoy and be fulfilled. Recovery seems scary, life without alcohol might sound sad, but that phase really doesn't last that long. A year, maybe two, then you can start to replace the empty feeling with healthy, fulfilling things... Then you're in the clear. If you're young, don't waste your twenties. I smoked meth throughout my twenties and right now I'm in my broken down car, which I live in, lonely, doing UberEats. My life would be a lot different if I spent my twenties building my future like you're supposed to. Or if I got out sooner... Too long as an addict and it messes up your brain. Feels irreparable. In 34 now, extracting joy from anything is very hard. So motivation to do anything just isn't there... I always knew I'd have to cross this bridge if I kept using, and I accepted it, so naively, but fuck... It's mind boggling how far you can fall. When I thought I was in hell at 25, I was barely below the surface. But you keep sinking. Faster and faster. It's a bottomless pit. You can sink so, so much deeper than you can even fathom. Soul crushing depths. Nobody is down here.
Congrats on 200 episodes Bobby and Andrew!!! You deserve all of the love and admiration that comes with this special milestone. Thanks for being Bad Friends!

Bobbys mom scrolling fast asf had me rollin when they said look at her 😂
I wish I had a mom like Bobby’s mom. This woman has a great sense of humor, so sweet and such amazing human being.
Bobby’s mom is so beautiful and funny her soul is radiant. I hope one day Bobby will sit down with her and a translator and learn more about her.
Keep your pants on Longo
He was talking Korean in this very video lol I'm sure he can converse with her it's just about asking the questions if he hasn't already
omg Bobbys mom scrolling through 45,000 photos on her iPad is HILARIOUS
it blew my mind that someone could find that many different pictures of one subject... They havent been around THAT long.
Carlos! Way to make the right moves for your health and future!!!! Super proud of you!!!
Bobby's short speech ab the Bad Friends fans and the advice a guru told him once was powerful 👏 👏👏
Bobby mom says "Government, not people." then continues to look for BTS picks on the iPad, and there has never been anything more wise and relatable. 💖
Happy 200, you funny strippers! Thank you for all the bad friendship, and may Santino wear a sexy duck sweater after 200 more.
Finally hearing bobby mom’s voice makes me appreciate their impression of her so much more 🤣
Andrew’s ability to lighten the mood with jokes on something so horrific like war is something commendable
Bobby's mom is the greatest Bad Friends guests of ALL time!!! Hands down 10/10, no question about it!! 😂😂 I love her
When Bobby's Mom said 2X all I could think of was Happy Gilmore and when the Korean lady jumps out in one of his hockey jerseys holding a box of cereal saying 'I make breakfast'
I am so BEYOND proud of this entire crew of hilarious and just awesome people. For YEARS people like you and me (the reader) have looked for ways to make our days better and find a crowd that would indulge and enjoy the same sense of humor. WE HAVE FOUND IT! Some of our darkest times have been filled by these fucking awesome guy's and girl's that have helped us just get by, week by week. I follow a lot of pop culture and Podcast talents. But This?? damn.. This is what we've always been looking for. Since the beginning. Since EP1 we've been hooked. Thank you guys so much for what you do, Thank you to my fellow subscribers for always identifying with me in the comments and also understanding this never ending talent, and most importantly. Thank you for being a Bad Friend❤
Love to see how content your mom is Bobby, I know you've shared so much about her trauma, but you can see she has overcome so much and she's got a beautiful soul! GREAT episode guys!
Welp ive been a Bobby fan since the 90s. Love this podcast also. Ive always heard of the legend of Bobby Mom and stories over the past few decades but for some reason never seen or heard her. She is everything. She is so witty. I am CACKLING. Everything I wish she'd be. What a special trauma bond they have. 🖤
Oh man, as a Japanese dude, what Bobby's mom said about Japanese people brought tears to my eyes.
Today, we are all Bobby mom
Been so excited to catch the episode where Bobby’s mom blesses the pod and the emotions on the guys faces 🥹🙌🏻👏🏽
I respect Andrew so much for sticking up for Bobby's Mom when he was being disrespectful. What a man.

@43:33 I’ve been trying to get sober for so long and can’t do it. I come home everyday and get drunk til I can’t walk and watch a lot of comedy podcasts. Thank you for this information as it excites me to get sober more than anyone can say in real life, thank you bad friends❤
Hi, Ben. I recommend the book: This Naked Mind by Annie Grace. It's not preachy. It's been almost four years for me. Good luck with everything.
You can do it, make the change!🎉💪🏼
My brother has been in the same boat for a while. Don't give up and when you slip up, try again..wishing you the best
I would love to see Bobby's mom on Theo's podcast
Omg imagine that cross over 😂 Or with Oliver Tree
And just like that, my entire week is off to a good start. Thanks Bad Friends.
4 years of pure gold thanks boy's i love you all to my bad family heres to 200 more
"mom have you heard of gloryholes" wtf bobby 💀💀💀😂😂😂
Congrats on 200 episodes Bobby and Andrew!!! You deserve all of the love and admiration that comes with this special milestone. Thanks for being Bad Friends!
If Bobby was a cop, he would definitely be a crooked cop 😂😂
Great episode, love to see the relationship between Bobby and his mom, but also great maturity from Andrew and Carlos this episode. You can tell how glued together and successful Bad Friends is from their dynamic. Andrew keeping Bobby in check well this episode and Bobby listening to him shows how deep their friendship is.
Man that 43:00 mark hit home. So glad to see Bobby recognize this as the biggest thing he’s done in show business. Especially after we’ve seen some of the Hollywood struggles in older Tiger Belly episodes 🔥
Bobby yelling "YOU'VE NEVER SEEN YOUR OWN VAGINA?!" at his mom is one of the funniest things I've ever witnessed 😂
Why?!
I know exactly WHY, WHY WOULD YOU?! 😂
I haven’t watched BF epi. In months. So glad it’s here for me. Sometimes it just hits like ahh. These guys so silly. I love the giggle kings. I call them
Bobby's mom frantically swiping that ipad was some hilarious shit
45,000 baby
Bobby's mom is so cute and nice. I was expecting her to be dumb from the way he talks about her. She seems very smart.
Out of the many podcasts and hours I spent watching people talk; this one was special. This goes in my Hall of Fame Episodes.
The lovely chaos of this 200th episode really encapsulates this podcast we all adore. ❤ Hanguk Chingu!
Bobby’s face after Tino said being tall isn’t a problem ever for him 🤣🤣🤣
