I'm ... not surprised. At all. I used to work closely with an IT team at an old job of mine. 90% of them were furries. They are weirdly prevalent in that field. And engineers for that matter. I wonder if it's sort of like how a lot of engineers are often borderline autistic, and as a result there's a lot of overlap there also.
