Hey. I am an Analyst working with IB Bankers here. Yeah I absolutely agree that handful work past 9pm. Some could even email you documents and instructions when midnight strikes just so you handle the requests first thing in the morning we come online. It's definitely not a breeze...
I work as a video producer in that space, and I have to say that even if the information was accurate, it still wouldn't have been an effective video in my mind. I much prefer interviewing the actual people and having their actual excitement and passion come out. I feel that it's much more effective than some script with an actor. I've made a lot of videos with just people filming themselves at home on their iPhones talking about what they love about their jobs.

Generally the keyboard shortcuts don't work on Mac / they work differently. Using the keyboard saves A LOT of time instead of the mouse, and most training is done in a non-Mac context so you'd be spending a lot more time learning how to use the keyboard and as a result may use the mouse a lot more. Isn't there sales & trading division (S&T) for investment bankers? I heard some work on M&A and deals but then some strictly profit off omissions from giving clients buy and sell orders.
Yep latter is S&T which is a division within the investment bank, and former (M&A deals) are investment bankers who work in the investment banking division

It's a better idea to focus on interview questions since they usually don't test financial modeling skills prior to joining, especially for analyst roles

I guess this is just unrealistic marketing,.. here in Zurich people just laugh about UBS / CS. Mostly expats work at UBS / CS and waste their lifetime there. Most young graduate students here prefer other jobs nowadays, and then sit outside in the green at 5.30/6 pm instead of being in the office... Its even a running joke when you drive through the city and you see all those bankers in their buildings made out of glass like 7-8 pm. My office building is more or less surounded by UBS offices & I feel sorry for those working there at 8pm (during non corona times) when I already go home from gym. However the video is a complete joke in terms of working hours. At least in non-COVID times most banking buildings (doesnt matter CS or UBS) are completly lid up at 7pm with many people at their desk.
