Bidet attachment is the best thing you can do for your toilet hygiene, all you need is to wipe once or twice to dry

Hmm for 2023, it’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market is because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.
@Craig Daniels Given current recession pressures, it is unlikely that the stock will yield substantial returns in the near term. However, it may be a suitable investment opportunity. I will monitor market conditions and consider purchasing when there is an improvement in the relevant economic indicators, any idea which stocks this may be?
@Craig Daniels You are right! I diversified my 450K portfolio across various market with the aid of an investment coach, I have been able to generate a little bit above 1.3m in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds.

@@richardhudson1243 Having a counselor is essential for portfolio diversification. My advisor is Melissa Scott Glazner who is easily searchable and has extensive knowledge of the financial markets.

Congrats! The house is gorgeous. Maybe you could make a video about how you plan to reconcile your minimalism with the pressure to fill up your new bigger space or the money that needs to be spent as a first time homebuyer? I'm renting still but hope to buy my first house in the next couple of years and I worry about how much time, effort and money will need to go into maintaining a bigger space and property.

Figured it’s worth asking, I’m interested to know what your approach was (with finances) on deciding to buy a home. Not necessarily numbers but I’ve followed your story about getting out of debt and I’d love to know when you knew it was that time for you both to make that decision.

I've bought and sold a number of properties over the years and currently live in a pretty highly desired area in the US, but if I had to stand around in a street and fight through an auction, I would 'nope' right out of there and find somewhere else to live. Utterly bonkers and major props for stepping into such a difficult market as a first time buyer! Glad you found a place that makes you happy.

Congratulations - It looks just like a London victorian townhouse. We bought one so similar a year and half ago, also ran into so many renovation issues, fun times.

@Katie wood Here are some tips that helped me:
1. Plan towards it.
2. Be frugal and minimal on spending( don’t buy what you don’t need).
3. Save money towards retirement( Roth IRA/401k).
4. Build an emergency fund.
5. Save to invest. This is the most important because it’s a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success.
@Katie wood There numerous investment options, including real estate, cryptocurrency, stocks and EFTs but my best recommendation is to work with a professional to help you choose one that will be profitable.

Matt! Before you lay the floor have a plumber come and run pipe under the stairs for a under-the-stairs toilet and small hand washing basin- it will add so much money in resale to your property to have another toilet!!!!!!!!
