hey dr. rakshita i have horrible closed comedones that just dont go away. i want to use a moisturiser but no matter whichever moisturiser i apply i gives me closed comedones. i has tried all dot and key, all dr sheths, all derma co moisturisers but none of them have worked for me so far. even the sunscreen gave me closed comedones. i m currently using dot and key barrier repair sunscreen but my closed comedones tend to get worse with it. please recommend me a moisturiser and a sunscreen .
Have you tried formula rx hydra veil moisturizer, the yellow one?
Hey!! Try the moduseb moist moisturiser. You’ll get it at apollo pharmacy and for sunscreen have you tried the Derma Co hyaluronic 1% sunscreen?
@@Dr.Clearhue yes i have tried that sunscreeni could only complete 1/4th of it because it gave me cc. also the moisturiser has fragrance . a little of fragrance is enough to trigger my migraine. ohhh god plz help.
Hey! Have you ever visited a dermatologist? These products aren’t comedogenic if you still get closed comedones I highly recommend you visit a good dermatologist in your area

Requesting you to suggest a good outdoor sunscreen which saves from tanning.
Currently I am using The Derma Co 1% Hyaluronic Sunscreen Aqua Gel With Spf 50 Pa++++ For Broad Spectrum
Beauty of joseon sun relief sunscreen is great to prevent Tanning. If you want a more affordable option then go for foxtales glow sunscreen but it has allergen free fragrance

Also, CeraVe ftw. It was the only brand i liked when i started getting into skincare. Also, I'm a little concerned about the scandals that happened with some sunscreen brands - how at one point they used some kinda "benzene" (tbh, i never studied chemistry after grade 12, and i never studied it well, and i get bored of it so please correct me if i say anything misinformed!) and that was apparently a carcinogenic.
Then someone told me to stick to mineral sunscreens to avoid all that, but with this CeraVe mineral suncreen (spf 50) I have, it just leaves a terrible whitecast that takes me a good 15 minutes to blend and it's still not so smooth. I still use it everyday, but I wish there was a nicer alternative. (Idk, do you have a video on chemical vs mineral sunscreens, and whitecasts and all that?)
Idk, maybe I'm too paranoid? More than look and feel, I care about it being safe for my skin and being a trusted brand. What's your advice?
also, should we ACTUALLY reapply sunscreen every 2 hours? i soo hate doing that, because i work in an office and dont sit near windows that much.
i only reapply if i'm spending the whole day outside (not every 2 hours tho, but maybe 4 or something)
oh just to add-- I don't know if the "ooh some sunscreens have harmful chemicals" claims are even true or not, never followed those scandals deep enough, this is just stuff i hear. there's a thin line between fear mongering, and knowing the truth about corporations that just want to make money. Def not trying to spread fear or misinformation, I just wanted to know a doctor's opinion!

I just recently started using Minimalist PHA toner (2-3days).
And I've been using MamaEarth Niacinamide rice water face wash for atleast 6 months now.
Rest I use one of your recommended Moisturizer (Dr.Sheths), their serum and Biotique Sunscreen.
All my products are fragrance free... Not so sure about the facewash tho.
