I was wondering what that was all about. if the physical document cannot be found - fine cite then move on
Arguing with FWC is a no no, almost guaranteed tickets
@9:43 The realization that I joined the wrong branch really sets in..... Jump out of airplanes they said....it will be fun they said..... Meanwhile, ole boy here in the USCG has to put up with wrangling hot women in g-strings all day. I sure as hell "missed the boat" on that one.
I’m sure that Miami has it’s share of stuff going on but it does seem excessive.
1) I hope they arrested all the passengers for being accomplices to the crime. 2) I'm sure most of them are insurance jobs. 3) The FWC should not have authority to anything but enforce Fish & Wildlife laws, and nothing else.
FWC Could write no-wake tickets everywhere in FL, all day long. NOBODY observes the limits.
What is an illegal charger???
Owners and operators of charter boats can face civil penalties for illegal charter operations. Some potential civil penalties for those charters are: Up to $5,661 for not having a valid Coast Guard Certificate of Inspection for vessels carrying more than six passengers as per 46 U.S.C. 3318(j).
free 30 year inclusive vacation at the graybar motel for that hostage scene .
all the crypto-losers are trying to turn the yachts they bought back into cash.
Miami is the with boats as to Los Angeles is with cars🤣
Now is rich people with million dollar yatchs burning them. Increasing insurance for the guy that has a small center console to enjoy on the weekends after working his ass off the whole week.
Exactly what's happening.I'm one of those who are affected.
When your at dock and some other boater throws a wake on you it really sucks! That just lack of respect of others around you. I wish we had the local sheriff dept on the water. We have some really rude boaters.
The number of azz hat boaters in FL is amazing. It's gotten MUCH worse in the last ten years.
President Lawlessness is whipping up his fans across America.
Seems the FWC and the captain of the other boat were cordial at least on #3 Without further footage couldn't say if they were justified in the stop though. See so many yachts & boats making wakes so I'm never sure where they are on the river. Very interesting video. Not 100% what was truly happening on the last boat other than a full boat inspection. Would say they should keep their life jackets where they could access them quickly or be wearing them while the boat is in motion at least. Thanks Boat Zone team!
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching
That last boat the FWC stopped had fishing rods in plain view, so it could've been a fisheries inspection. But, at the end the captain climbed up on the hard top to raise the all-around white light, which is required at night. Either reason makes for a legitimate stop.
Having fishing rods visible on a boat call for an inspection? I don’t have a boat yet so please explain that for me
@@michaelcorrea5658 in Florida having a means to take fish makes you subject to a fisheries inspection. They can ask if you've been fishing, to see your license, and to inspect your catch.
We had a larger boat on the Texas coast. That thing set my bank accounts on fire.
I can't even imagine taking those thugs on a charter. That's a hard NO.
Go research the situation. There were conflicting stories in reference to there even being a robbery/hostage situation. The guns that were found were legally owned and not used in anyway. No arrests were made and the rapper Quavo seen handcuffed with zip ties had nothing to do with anything and wasn’t listed in any reports. Basically, someone lied.
stopping those two is the equivalent of looking busy while not doing anything at work
.
Looks like their up too harassing boaters today. When they do inspections, the boat should be stopped. But Miami isn't any different than most places any more, they do pretty much what they want to. Sad state of affairs we live in any more. Peace 🙏
You dropped as a child or something?
@@Nightlifeimages no but you were or you wouldn't answered like that.
People can't afford the boats anymore.
Their goes boat insurance premiums.
