Bad advice. There is an individual and imediate responsibility to report a crime. The delay Terry recommends, is not sanctioned by law, for any internal corporate or private interest.
Terry should have learned in college under jurisprudence, that "criminal must precede Civil".
A recent example of done wrong is Brian Stanley case.
I wonder will Terry delete my comment for pointing out knowable jurispurdance, that disagrees with his opinion ?
And yes, before you ask, I do have law qualifications.

Terry, I am currently on sick leave due to an accident at work. My employer is taking away banked holidays I have worked up from me and giving me an average payment for them. My average pay has been drastically reduced as I have been out from work. I have a sick cert from my doctor. Can my employer take my holidays from me while I have a sick cert? I have tried to reach out to my managers to cancel this but they are ignoring me.

Terry the great comment remover. Both sides should be heard. As long as they align with his. 😂

As to an apparent tizzy about a Michelle Keane, doesn't the respective The Journal Fact Check in the December 13 issue deal with that adequately saying her contempt jailing was due to a preexisting matter from before the election and not due to any qustions about the electoral process or vote day claims - if you are one so interested look it up and 'Stop.Think.Check' away.
