How come Jason White never does Interviews with the band? I'm a huge Green Day fan I'm going to see them in March And I know Billie Tre and Mike where the Original 3, but I Thought I heard somewhere that Jason has been with them since the 90's and that he was made an official member of the band.
he is apart of the band but he is more like the background guitarist. Same with Kevin Preston. They are apart of the band but only the background guitarists.

He’s been with them since 2000 and he was deemed a member in 2012, but now he’s just back to being a touring member.
