7. Empty stomach lemon warm lemon water(must)/apple cider vinegar water
8. Lauki juice
9. Carrot+beetroot juice or soup
10. Green moong bean
11. Low fat dairy(milk and curd)
12. Citrus fruits(excellent)
13. Cherries and berries (excellent)
14. Vit C rich foods:- capsicum, chilli, lemon, amla,
15. Lifestyle changes like increased exercise, good amount of timely sleep, stress reduction etc
16. *Special food* jawar/bajra+ajwain(must) ki roti
17. Roasted ajwain after meals. Ajwain ginger water.
18. Cucumber with black pepper,lemon, sendha namak.
Don'ts
1. Whole lentils(any type of dals,rajma, chole etc)
2. Sprouts
3. Alcohol
4. Non veg
5. Avoid high fructose foods( over ripe banana, watermelon, grapes, mango, honey, dates, figs, juice, cold drinks)

Dietary routine
1. Wake up
2. Drink 3 glasses of copper water
3. Freshen up
4. Warm lemon water/apple cider vinegar water
5. After 45 mins, one apple
6. After 1hr breakfast
7. Between breakfast and lunch, 1 litre water

Hi! Excellent video.However, I must point out that high protein vegetarian food items like chanas and rajma has been shown to have negligible effects in this situation. Doctors tell us that the only things which need to be reduced are seafood, red meat and alcohol. Looking forward to more details.Thanks!

Avoid beer, asparagas, red meat, turkey, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, shellfish including shrimp, anchovies....all high in purines which are converted to uric acid. Also avoid alcohol and high fructose corn syrup. Foods to eat: cherries, salmon, avocado, brocolli, nuts, low fat dairy, berries.

Fruit with high sugar contents and honey are bad for gout patients. I have been dealing with chronic gout for years and fruit lover. I only realized few years ago that some fruit and honey are worse than meat and seafood.

I have pure vegetarian diet but my uric acid is excessively high. I eat oats in morning with peanuts and almonds and eat roti dal sabzi at night but my uric acid is still at 9. I have to take medicines but I dont want to take for lifetime. Has anyone cured their uric acid levels?
