With Joe Burrow transferring to LSU, Justin McMillan left the program 2 days after camp started & landed at Tulane just 5 days before the season started. It was the best move for him & he made the most of his opportunity. McMillan has a strong arm with above average mobility at the QB position. While he may not have been the best QB last season, he at least deserved a Combine invite. Tulane was such a fun team to watch this past season and this guy was a big reason why. I’m not even a Tulane fan and I watched like 7-8 games of theirs because of how fun their offense was. Best of luck to him!
He's poised, has a good feel for the game, smooth, crafty, seems to be clutch...has a smooth realease, throws effortless lazers, and beautiful touch pases...All that jumps right of the screen. He might have a real chance at the next level.
I like him as a player .. fun to watch but from what I see he has a couple flaws: That throwing motion of his might need tweaking & I would say my biggest pet peeve is the ball floats a lil too long for my liking on some of those throws, at the next level DBs would most likely catch up. I would say disrespect to Justin McMillan. I’m not a Tulane fan. But this guys was a good player to watch. And the NFL has disrespect for Darnell Mooney. Bobby Harris well I would be inclined to believe that’s what happened to McMillan if 1, Joe Burrow wasn’t also a transfer from a different program and 2, Ed Orgeron had been the HC since 2016 and therefore recruited him to play there.

The AAC finished with 4 teams ranked in the final Top 25: Memphis, Navy, Cincinnati & UCF. The Big XII had 3 teams, the Pac-12 had 2 teams while Clemson was the only team from the ACC.
There's only a few actually good throws other than that you can see he's faced some pretty bad defenses and isnt particularly quick/fast as it may seem from this vid. I don't think his ability would translate to the next level honestly and the way he runs he would get hurt fairly quick in NFL with that slender frame and lack of true elusivity.

I doubt that a QB with a less than 60% completion rate and that was #1 in interceptions is a particularly likely candidate for the NFL.
