    I LOVE that u said that mate. I work with a lot of Rugby guys as well as Indian style wrestlers & traditionally that weight number obsession is ingrained & I'm so glad u addressed this cuz I've been fighting it for a very long time! Was the same when I was playing uni rugby back in college. Everyone was obsessed with me getting over a certain weight even though I was a back & out currency is speed and NOT weight. that year, my performance was trash. As always thanks for verbalising this Chris. Big love 🤙🏼

    I don't know who needs to know this? but I added 10 pounds to my bench press simply by getting a full body massage. I think the massage loosened the muscles and allowed blood flow to the area.

      @11957gary .. i did the same, i had a massage especially focused between the Teres Minor & Infraspinatus, (the pain was intense) and the front deltoid, and had a strength increase on my shoulder press, defiantly the blood flow increase caused the gain.

    Also Calorie Surplus accounting for Protien # and carbs/fats interchange, and Fiber count. Surplus or deficit is how to calculate your gains.

    Chris I love your content but your customer service has been really bad for me. I am trying to cancel my subscription and the only way to do that is through customer service. They either send me a template email or just ignore me. I keep getting charged so pretty so now have to go through a process of disputing the charge so pretty dissipating
