드디어 교환학생 지원을 마치고!!!!! 길고 긴 시간을 기다려 지원 결과까지 확인하는 모습을 담아봤습니다

Here are some tips for knowing when an avocado is the perfect ripeness:
If it is hard as a rock, it is not ripe yet. If it is REALLY soft, or if you can sort of feel a 'bubble' under the shell, it is rotten. You can confirm that it is rotten if you take off the little stem at the top and if it is white (moldy) or black (rotten), it is not good. Your want your avocado to be a LITTLE soft, maybe like the tips of your fingers or like a ripe tomato, but not as soft as the palm of your hand (if it is as soft as the base of your thumb, it's probably too soft, but open it anyway to find out!). You can usually make an avocado ripen faster by putting it in a paper bag with some bananas or apples, but this will still take a couple of days if you start with a rock-hard avocado. Avocados usually come from warm climates, so if you put it in the refrigerator it will actually STOP it from ripening... but that will not stop it from rotting/molding. Also, this is not a reliable method of ripeness, but a lot of varieties of avocado have VERY green skins when they are under-ripe, and the skin usually gets dark or black when it's ripe. This is not always true, though, and the softness is a better indicator.
Congrats on your success! I have ADHD and spend a LOT of time procrastinating and then panicking the exact way that you did with the forms. It usually works better for me that way anyway, though, because ADHD brains usually work better with frenzied pressure like almost-missed deadlines. There's absolutely nothing wrong with panicking and getting things done at the last minute, especially if you actually get them done. Even more so if you have great results!

When it comes to drama, I also tend to feel lazy as soon as the last episodes drop so I didn't watch Our Beloved Summer until this week where I chose to procrastinate instead of studying for our exams 😂

The trick for a ripe avocado is: if the body feels too stiff, put it in a brown paper bag and let it to rest in a warm place for a few days. Check every day. If the top and bottom part are still hard, it is not ripe! When you eat it, also put a tiny bit of lemon, salt, and pepper.

Your reaction on university acceptance kinda reminds me of a previous year. I've applied a scholarship to study in Korea and failed at the first one, but 2 months later, i finally got accepted in the second attempt. However, due to many reasons, i've made a decision to not go any further. Dear anyone, pursuing a scholarship is a very long path. It demands for passion, patient and persistent. If you failed, don't be sad, just get yourself up and let's hunt for another one because there's still a countless amount of scholarship existing. ✨🌟

To check if an avocado is ripe, squeeze it lightly... if it's hard, it isn't ripe...

Eyol, you can tell that an avocado is ripe when the skin doesn't look green and feels a little bit hard.
If the skin looks too black and feels very soft that means it is already overripe! Trust me, I'm Mexican, I know about these things ^^

Try pressing the avocado a bit (not too hard!), the ripe ones are usually softer and squishier.
kaya goes best with butter and toast! just spread a thin layer of butter and a thin layer of kaya between 2 slices of toasted bread
