After watching a few videos, I realized that he has clearly used all of this information to sound more natural in English. It's something I didn't even think about at first, but he IS very easy for me to understand, and it's probably because of all the effort he's put into the rhythm of English, the accents/stress of English words, and the pronunciation of English words. So we have proof that his methods work. He isn't just preaching-he's talking the talk AND walking the walk.
You're the first person I've seen explain feet, and I had been struggling to get my head around moras without this extra explanation because it felt like moras was never actually applied when I was hearing any word being spoken. This makes so much more sense!
Thank you for the video. I really like the use of IPA instead of romaji, although it may be confusing to some learners. (I encourage everyone to learn the subset of IPA used for the languages you are learning). I just found this channel, but I would encourage you to keep including IPA if you still make videos. Also it may be easier if you include broad transcription instead - and if you also use narrow, then pitch accent markers would make it complete. Thank you.

I enabled RUclips notifications just so I could be notified about this channel's videos. I'm amazed at how well-presented these videos are, and how much attention you pay to detail - marking the video regions with timestamps, writing robust video descriptions, and of course all of the aspects within the video itself. I've never heard about the foot measurements in Japanese before, but after hearing you discuss it in depth, it now seems so obvious. I'm sure I'll start hearing it everywhere I go now (Baader-Meinhof phenomenon AKA "frequency illusion").

The literal meaning of - congratulations, thank you and good morning contain a form of - “GO- ZAI MAS”. ~ I am curious what it LITERALLY says. The need for simple and literal translations always leave me wondering about the true intention and meaning behind the word. What does “GO ZAI MASu” literally mean? Different cultures have very specific language concepts. Grammatically and semantically it leaves me with questions about the way kanji describes these common phrases. Thank you for your clear lessons. The rhythmic explanation is insightful!

can you explain how is the feet any different, the feet with two kana take up twice as long but they have twice as many kana in them so of course they take twice as long? is that not the same as saying them all for the same length
at 6:22 why is 'he' pronounced as 'e'? shouldn't it be written as え instead of ヘ? also in konnichiwa, why is ni and chi grouped as a foot? is it because it isn't in any of the prioritized groups for footing but 2 moras are grouped anyways starting from left to right?

Best video on rhythm! If you attach the single moras to the preceeding foots you get a 2-3 rhythm, like in classical gregorian chant, I love.

Releasing a few videos of just word drills could be useful. 5 mins of just word shadowing would be efficient.
