A majority of Iranian women in Iran LOVE Hijab and you didn't film them. Hijab is not a political pressure on people and the two girls are just saying bullshit. You should research a bit more before putting that in your work. Of course I don't blame you because tourists usually converse with westernized people of Iran. Other parts either don't talk English(other languages are their second language) or they don't tend to talk with a tourist about their wearing and Hijab, it's more personal to them. But anyways, this causes the movie to NOT convey the WHOLE reality. That being said, I give you a like :) all in all, this is a good job.
@Undecided Dreams Firstly, "many women" is different from "the majority of the women". Many "many"s are not "majorities". Secondly, There's always a line that separates the things you can do and the things you CAN'T in EVERY society and in EVERY country. Simply because you CAN'T do something in Belgium that doesn't mean Belgium did not give you the CHOICE. Thirdly, things are not that simple, sorry..., I'm not disagreeing with you to be a hero in my head or some other trollish thing like that but the point you(and many other folks who are willing to check Iran) need to pay attention to is that the Iranian women are much more conservative(not always in the negative manner) than the average person in (e.g.) Europe is. You can not film a huge number of Iranian women simply because you are not willing to or don't find it interesting to point your camera at them and even if you do many of them do not talk English(that doesn't mean they're uneducated it's mostly because of the bad English teaching system in Iranian schools). To make things more complicated, they won't be open and 99% of the times they will even not give you what they truly think(not lying, they don't want to make you sad...! YES! I'm telling you what! :) ). It's complicated for someone who has not lived in Iran to understand the things I am talking about here. Hope that helps.
@Undecided Dreams Well I can't say how wrong you are. Sorry you're discussing the wrong ideas, but I don't blame you since I know where your thoughts are coming from. You say Iranian people are not free mainly because usually the average westernized person think they are the most free people on earth which is completely wrong. Iranians are above 90% musllims and to make things more interesting Islam defines freedom in a different way and by that definition they even believe that the westernized person is the one who is not free! And I too can not refuse to agree with that idea! The western lifestyle is just about irritating compulsive addictions that humans can not free themselves of, and that's all because of the delusional deceptive definition of freedom they have been provided with from childhood, and throughout their lives. Also from the aspect of legislations(no, the way you wear is not a personal thing, since it obviously affects the society), there is almost at least one election held by the Islamic government of Iran each year and the majority of people vote. And this has constantly been the case in the whole 40 Iranian post-revolution years. People have always participated in the Islamic government elections. They also vote for and choose the Islamic counsel representatives who are the legislators. Hijab is only another rule in Iran which has its own pro- and anti-activists. And I have watched their interviews and they live in Iran and they are famous in regards to their opposition with the rule and they are NOT jailed because they respect the current rule. Just like every other free nation on earth. And again as someone who knows Iran more than you, I assure you that no, just by saying you're an anti hijab you won't end up jailed in Iran but if you break the LAW in any ways, well maybe..., but even that's not always that strict, many of them just shake their butts on the street and are then reminded of the rule in the police station and then freed the day after. (Also I have to note that the Iranian police is completely different from the American police that can kill people like they're useless chickens). So please respect this fact that Hijab is an accepted(loved) lifestyle and rule by the majority of the Iranian people just like the McDonald's dress code rules which are although probably accepted only by MOST people who work for McDonalds, ALL of them have to obey it, otherwise they have to leave McDonalds. Of course, I can additionally talk about the reasons a minor part of the Iranian population is attempting against their own culture too, like mentioning the hundreds of Farsi satellite TV channels which are funded by Britain, France, US, SA, IS, etc pointed at Iranian people which are advertising the westernized lifestyle in appealingly colorful but fictitious scenes. But I don't want to make this comment even longer than this. I just remind you the undressing of the French woman who was wearing burkini at the beach and many other simillar cases in west. Maybe Muslims don't pay any TV channels to make a good voice for those cases. But please never fall for what the western media feeds brains with as the ONLY definition/form of freedom possible and please never again call those sweet free birds as non-free people.
How did you deduce that the majority of women love to wear hijab?? The truth is that Iran is going toward a secular society, whether you like it or not. Coming from a super religious family, I can easily see how religious superstitions are left behind.
@@user-hs3pj9lg6l That's obvious you can not see outside your own bubble. Dreaming about secularism heaven! Most Iranians analyze their surrounding society using their social networks. That leads to something called "echo effect". And it's called "echo" since their OWN way of thinking is reflected to them! So funny. They simply don't know of any better methods. Mostly due to the wrecked education system of the country(not something unusual around the world, though). Leaving religious supersitions behind? Good news for everyone! That's definitely a good thing, I too believe that Iranians are going toward that way. But no, Iran will never be a secular country because they already have something more applicable than secularism in their hands. Please give your religious family my regards and best wishes.
one of the things that not mentioned and most of the women in iran don't notice it is they have safety when wearing hidjab in the society which it isnt very much in west

@Undecided Dreams Your reply adds nothing to you previous one and I have answered it all in my previous reply.
I was planning to watch more episodes, but dude c'mon! you can't even pronounce the name of the country!
one of the things that not mentioned and most of the women in iran don't notice it is they have safety when wearing hidjab in the society which it isnt very much in west
