Peter, as an American myself you have totally changed my perception of Iran. What an amazingly beautiful country and such cool people. After watching your videos I don't understand why we would want to go to war with them. If we were allowed to truly get to know each other I think we would become fast friends and allies.

The US government and politicians are to blame, Iran had a democratically elected president, Mohamed Mossadegh but the US wanted him to become their puppet but he rejected and so they organized a military coup and replaced him with a mass murder and dictator who served the US as a puppet and that’s when all the chaos started. I am technically an American citizen but was born in Iran so I know the people of these 2 countries very well.
People in Iran are under so many internal and external pressure but despite these pressure and stress majority of them are nice and lovely.
Iran and America are like 2 families which the parents (governments) don’t want their children play with the other family’s children.
Believe me, people of these 2 countries could be the best friends in the world, if some people would stop being brainwashed and open their eyes to the realities.
