As an Irishman,I am constantly amazed at how sensitive and unthinking we have become-there are reasons for this: *The huge investment in schooling, which means that very few young people leave these institutions before their twenties. *Teachers becoming Politicans and the influence of their three unions. *In many parts of the Republic this industry is the largest employer and the easiest path to the middle class. [and you don't have to leave your Mammy] *The feminisation of society and especially this sector. *The inherited lack of confidence and the slavish addiction to the American way. *The belief that the Government is your friend.

Really? In March last year, even before the Palestinian attacks on Isreal, the UNHRC had to speak to the Dail and and Seanad about the rise in anti semitism in Ireland. Some of this was from the actually from Dail itself and was rising in third level institutions. It was called "top-down" antisemitism. Ireland had failed to appoint an anti semitism coordinator in line with the EU agreements. It was found that their new hate speech laws did not adequately cover anti semitism. Before this conflict Isreali media stated " The spread of anti-semitism throughout the Irish mainstream is clearly worse than almost any other Western nation" Since the Gaza attacks, synagogues in Ireland have security provided by the government because of the rise in anti-semitism. Varadkar went as far as to try an expel the Israeli ambassador. Jews have been advised to not wear anything that would identify then as jewish. Does all this sound like jews are safe in Ireland?
Jewish nationalist groups fighting the British in Mandatory Palestine in the 1940s regarded themselves as "the Zionist Sinn Fein". Both Menachem Begin and Avraham Stern looked to the Irish struggle. The nom de guerre of Yitzhak Shamir, the future Israeli prime minister, was "Michael" - after Michael Collins. Shamir studied Irish republican literature while Stern translated PS O'Hegarty's The Victory of Sinn Fein into Hebrew. You should tell us which Club it was, so we know where not to spend money. The Irish like to side with indigenous people, who themselves side with Israel, for obvious , (3.5 thousand year history) reasons.
Not more than 2000 Jews live in Ireland. It will be down to a thousand, or less, soon. Meanwhile those who govern Ireland, in their infinite wisdom, will have momentum to deluge Ireland in much more diversity and inclusion. As we all know that luxury belief is a strength. They maintain it's a win-win.
So the reason this stuff is REALLY happening is organized groups are observing "Bad Comedians" that they want to harass, then observe where these comedians are going and sending a threat in some form to the venue / owner - and go to work on this if that owner or venue won't concede as they demand. Thats why they go from "not a care" to "diabolically angry" in 24 hours. They've been threatened in some form
He's clearly quite a slimy individual - but banning someone for their sense of humour is stupid: I would say one thing to him: he was banned by the venue, not by the nation of Ireland. Hamas is NOT popular in Ireland.

Irish people are completely different to the British. Ireland spent most of its history dealing with oppression from the British so having solidarity with Palestinians is a natural thing in Ireland. It wasn’t long ago the pubs in England had signs reading “No Blacks, No Irish, No Dogs”These are things which are understood even as a child in Ireland and are never forgotten. Racism and bigotry is nonexistent in Irish culture whereas Britain is the opposite of this.
Wasn’t long ago 😂 you are completely wrong and words are cheap! What ungodly notion made them choose to use abominations and take hostages to get world support! They sacrificed their own people to get support against Israel because they knew how they would react! If Ireland used the same tactic in the 80s they would have seen the same thing, vise Versa, But if the majority of the Irish population choose to support terrorist acts to wage war they are promoting Ireland as a safe haven!

Is it wrong to not want innocent children slaughtered by indiscriminate bombing and to be asking for all sides to come to a peaceful resolution - or is this just us Irish being too "WOKE"? The irony and tragic comedy is that Israel is now steadfastly supported by other far right wing parties, who are supported in turn by "very fine people!" who were shouting "Jews shall not replace us" not long ago.
You were doing really well until your TDS turned up at the end
@@Rumpleforeskin77 To be honest, I was not really referring to said individual who one could quite reasonably conclude is neither racist, nor anti-semitic by virtue of this requiring feelings, one way or another, towards other people beyond one's self. Rather, I was referring to a minority on the right that on the one hand would be anti-semitic and on the other would support the Israeli government. It is this juxtaposition I was referring to.

Most people with a heart condemn the genocide that is happening in Gaza. If you want to condemn the people of Ireland for that so be it. I, for one will never forget the six year old child, Hind, on a mobile phone in a car with her dead relatives asking for help before she was murdered. Genocide is not a laughing matter 😢
A sweeping Statement to say the Irish support Palestine. I support the people from both sides that have never used violence against another human. I support those people that actually want peace and for others throughout this world that are trapped between hate and hell and for the people that want a better life that is not coming because the rest just perpetuate unimaginable violence because of an ideology or reasons that are beyond my understanding and I don't support anything to do with anything when innocent lives are butchered

As an Irishman,I am constantly amazed at how sensitive and unthinking we have become-there are reasons for this:
*The huge investment in schooling, which means that very few young people leave these institutions before their twenties.
*Teachers becoming Politicans and the influence of their three unions.
*In many parts of the Republic this industry is the largest employer and the easiest path to the middle class.
[and you don't have to leave your Mammy]
*The feminisation of society and especially this sector.
*The inherited lack of confidence and the slavish addiction to the American way.
*The belief that the Government is your friend.
The worm will turn.

HAMAS AND IRA same farther, sons of satin.😂
Jewish nationalist groups fighting the British in Mandatory Palestine in the 1940s regarded themselves as "the Zionist Sinn Fein".
Both Menachem Begin and Avraham Stern looked to the Irish struggle. The nom de guerre of Yitzhak Shamir, the future Israeli prime minister, was "Michael" - after Michael Collins. Shamir studied Irish republican literature while Stern translated PS O'Hegarty's The Victory of Sinn Fein into Hebrew. IRGUN was organised on IRA Lines, but hey maybe they are the sons of satin given your logic

The Irish like to side with indigenous people, who themselves side with Israel, for obvious , (3.5 thousand year history) reasons.
"i like to play both sides" how jewish lol
Not more than 2000 Jews live in Ireland. It will be down to a thousand, or less, soon. Meanwhile those who govern Ireland, in their infinite wisdom, will have momentum to deluge Ireland in much more diversity and inclusion. As we all know that luxury belief is a strength. They maintain it's a win-win.

Think about this de-platforming It is the equivalent of burning books.
Do you know what books they burnt ???
Let’s see how Ireland thinks when they have to live under that ideology.

Ireland should just take in all the People from Gaza. Since the love the Palestinians they should take them all in. I am sure they going to get along with Hamas perfectly.
The Palestinians and their struggle against the most depraved cruel brutality is what’s popular in Ireland and across the entire world.
Their struggle against Hamas, who they elected, I assume you mean.
LLIK RUOY LACOL SMILSUM
Irish people are completely different to the British. Ireland spent most of its history dealing with oppression from the British so having solidarity with Palestinians is a natural thing in Ireland. It wasn’t long ago the pubs in England had signs reading “No Blacks, No Irish, No Dogs”These are things which are understood even as a child in Ireland and are never forgotten. Racism and bigotry is nonexistent in Irish culture whereas Britain is the opposite of this.
Stop believing what the priests teach you, It’s lies..
Wasn’t long ago 😂 you are completely wrong and words are cheap! The Irish people should support the eradication of oppression but strongly condemn the immoral way they used to get world attention!! why not used IEDs like the IRA or the taliban? or better still just keep sending missiles and then shout free free Palestine! What ungodly notion made them choose to use abominations and take hostages to get world support! They sacrificed their own people to get support against Israel because they knew how they would react! If Ireland used the same tactic in the 80s they would have seen the same thing, vise Versa,
But if the majority of the Irish population choose to support terrorist acts to wage war they are promoting Ireland as a safe haven!
The even had that in india. The exact word just the Irish replaced with Indian. When they conquer they feel they are superior.
There's the current racism against the Jews
