The Ukrainian ones actually look really good! Some of the others looked almost like entirely different creatures, but those ones look like the original characters simply in someone else’s style. Book 2 honestly looks super beautiful imo :D
As I see it, the people who remake the book covers in Ukraine, are likely to be adding more special effects and a bit of realism, example: the warriors cat book covers are printed with realistic cats a other drawn effects and shades
I can explain the italian ones The Saga one, is a collection of all the first arc (and the only one they translated, aside from Darkstalker and a winglet) And the "Daughter of Destiny" is the prisoner winglet I have no idea why they decided to make it so pompous and to only translate one, but hopefully they'll continue the translations after the netflix series comes out

I say I quite like the Ukrainian covers as alternate art. Its not bad at all. More fantasy-like compared to the original which feels more like a cartoon novel (which isn't bad and captures the imagination well.)
the urkranian book covers were really good!! unlike most other book covers, these dragons dont look like horrifying, evil monsters, so you can relate and like them more!! the dragons have fun and energetic expressions too! i cant wait until they do sunny's book, I hope she'll look adorable

I read the 1st arc in Italian, and they actually have the same cover as the American (but ofc it's "I regni del fuoco", and everything else is in italian, but the drawing is the same)
it is worth noting that in the Russian translation it is for some reason called "Драконья Сага", which translates not as "wings of fire", but as "Dragon Saga".
