I need to prepare and freeze some small one person meals for my Dad. I was going to use small aluminum pans, so he can just put the whole thing into the oven or air fryer. This recipe would be great! I’d love a whole casserole week, so I can get them all done for the month at once!

I use them potato crowns. Layer bottom and sides, rest is self explanatory. I like the corn as I've always used rice.

You should place the taters on the bottom it will help save the taters from breaking when you scoop it out to eat! I also do loaded tater tots and they are bomb if you’re interested pls let me know.
