There is a cross bar behind the rear seat to strengthen the chassis, making it easier to give the car a comfortable ride, more so than the Camry, which doesn't have as stiff a chassis as the ES.
Good review. Liked! Questions for you - how much time did you spend in the vehicle while reviewing it? How would you describe the front seat comfort, particularly with the thigh extender in the driver’s seat? Did you find that that thigh extension help contribute to greater seat comfort? I am 6’0” with a slightly longer torso. Thank you very much.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed yeah but so many brands offer it nowadays. I know some higher end Lexus models like the LS, RX and LX have it though but still this is the Ultra Luxury they could have offered it as an option, it’s just my opinion
@@wyw201 would it be possible to disassembly crossbeam with rear seats in case you'd like to do so? i consider buying ES but solid rear bench freaks me out
@@BrosFOURRSpeed For me ,its not just what parts. Its the overall feel tbh. Never been in a lexus but i can tell where everything is already, and the screen and everything, feels like an underbudget 2019 bmw ngl. Looks nice tho.
This is what I want before the V6 gets gone. My 2017 ES has been a great vehicle!!😊😊
Yeah cool vehicle to get!
I have an ES330 , love the ES ❤
Glad you enjoy it!
Good review 👍 Simple and reliable sedan.
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
I just bought this vehicle dec 2024, mine is definitely updated, very luxurious, 2 tone seating. This has to be the base model of this vehicle
I bought it. Love it. They need to come out with an AWD and rear folding seats. Then it would truly be unstoppable.
Yeah that'd be a nice touch for sure! Owners seem to like these a lot!
The interior screams update me to modern tech
Maybe 2026 they will give a new refresh like the China specs
Yeah, hopefully soon!
What china specs?
@@BrosFOURRSpeed the ES for Chinese market has a new refresh look exterior and some updates in the interior but not fully redesign though.
And by “modern tech” you must mean an obnoxious long touchscreen that takes up the entire dash ? 😂

Oh very cool
Are headrests in the rear seat comfortable? The ones in the ES250 felt a bit hard to me.
is $53k as tested price or starting
That was the MSRP for this model!
@ not bad for top trim
How tall are you? Is it a full size or space saver spare tire?
Thanks.
You're welcome!

i bought my wife a 19 ultra. Im 6'1 and theres more than enough room for me. i thought id use the thigh extender but its not all that important to me.
Great car but 6 years later its basically identical to my 2019 ES
Yeah Lexus is slow to change
Need interior updates to much Crome nice review 👍🤝
Different trim levels will have different interior accents.
This one lacks and the door puddle lamps and the digital rearview mirror
Not too many Lexus models have the digital rear view.

@@Sam-ho2qs I could see that. BMW, Audi or Mercedes don’t even have that.
No back seat folding is for noise reduction
I don’t agree with that, it’s not different than a vehicle with seats that fold down. Noise reduction would be with seat up anyway.
No backseat due to a crossbeam between the seats and trunk for rigidity. Source: I own this car.
@@wyw201 would it be possible to disassembly crossbeam with rear seats in case you'd like to do so? i consider buying ES but solid rear bench freaks me out
@ It’s not possible, however there is a small pass through in the trunk to put golf clubs or skis
the ES time is over, people wait for the new one or they buying a Camry in his highest trim with AWD for less money. Thanks 😀
Yeah that’s true.
The 2025 Lexus ES 350 Luxury Vs The 2025 Toyota Crown Platinum
I mad a comparison with the Camry and ES.
@BrosFOURRSpeed I Want Toyota Crown Vs Lexus ES
@@rakhsiprayogo82 not the competitors though, Camry is the competitor to the ES.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed how About Lexus is
Same car as the 2019 except no J vin lol, just buy a used Ultra Luxury 2019
Yeah, most Toyota/lexus models have a long run with minimal changes.
Thats what keeps the more reliable i guess@@BrosFOURRSpeed
Looks like a bmw
