My guy, I watch all your videos. Been almost 2 years now. Maybe youtube doesn't feel it, but I love the low edit, real a** videos. Nothing flashy, just good, solid, high quality content. Keep it up my dude!!
Hi Todd and family. Great video. Yeah the rubbish littering the river banks in vietnam is the same . Hubby and I saw a white troopie like yours and when we got out of our car we both said Todd's troopie. Haha. Wonder what that means. This was in Adelaide. S.A. Looking forward to catching up with your next vlog.❤
Awesome vlog flyover is always enjoyable. Would think people would clean up after their selfies. Same way here in Washington State. Empty the trash on side of the road. Can't stay in moving trash can(car/truck). I've seen worse things. As long haul truck driver. Stay safe and healthy Todd Neenee and little Mina ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊
From the very first notes of the intro, I welled up. All the memories came rushing back when Mina was gone. The emotions, too. 😭 But then I got my wish I made back then that I would one day hear Mina sing _I'm Your Brown-Eyed Girl._ Thanks for making it happen! Bless you and yours. 🙏
Hey mate, first time commenting on your channel. I've been to Cambodia meny times and the rubbish problem is the same. In the rural areas they throw nappies straight in the Mekong. I try to educate my girlfriend's family but it will take time and rubbish collection would help as well. Great work enjoy watching 👍 cheers John
Hey John.. Appreciate you taking the time to comment. Thanks. The real isolated rural areas in Laos are surprisingly clean mainly due to the fact that they grow and make everything themselves. Cheers mate..
Hi Todd, I always think my ute sounds & goes better after its service also.............your drone footage is absolutely stunning also your black & white photos, you capture the feeling of the village and its ppl so well ........looking forward to seeing more.........also a hi to Neenee & Mina ❤
Hi Todd, been away for a few days so just catching up. As always, your vlogs are inspirational. Loved the hair and truck washing! The view from the top was amazing but as you say spoiled by the litter. Hope your crusade for a cleaner tidier Laos bears fruit one day. You are right about education. Over 70 years ago my mother instilled in me the need to take litter home with me, even the smallest of sweet papers. Even today, if you empty my pockets you will find an assortment of rubbish waiting to be binned 🙂 I loved the way that Mina tried to stop her case from running away. In previous vlogs. really enjoyed the celebration with your friends on the completion of the village English school. Wonderful. Plus relaxing on the river in those cabins. The hunt for the elusive waterfall was exciting, especially as the young girl loaned to you by her mother, could only communicate by pointing. Can you imagine a mother in Australia or UK letting her oldest daughter go with complete strangers? I just love the naivety and trusting nature of these people. How is Neenee's foot progressing? I hope and pray that it is not too painful. Sending her love. God bless you and the family always. 😀❤🙏
Morning Graeme, hope you're breathing a little easier now. Always nice to hear your take away from the videos, thank you. Neenee's foot is slowly on the mend, now unfortunately she has the flu to contend with also. If it's not one thing it's another. Thanks for taking the time to give very interesting feed back. Take care mate
Brilliant videos as always, mate. Slowly catching up on your posts. Stay healthy and safe, always. Warmest regards to NeeNee and the little princess. Cheers mate.
Yes it is amazing how much better the car runs after a wash. 😊I get the same stares when I'm in a market. Everybody looks at the foreigner. That truck with the big frame on it looks like trucks I've seen in America that carry the burial vaults to the grave. Nearly see the Philippines from up here. 🤣🤣If you could you would see the same problem with the trash all over the place. Thanks again.
🤗🙏🏼! Great video, enjoyed it, thank you. Having someone else shampoo your hair for you, feels great, you ought to try it Todd😉, even with your hair. Have a wonderful weekend.
If I ever get the extra time when in Paris: I would love to trackdown archives of early French time in Indochina and journals of the early explorers...
tbh honest though you really have to watch yourself in Paris last years... downright scumhole even right off main tourist thoroughfares ... nothing like 30+ years ago when I first visited rambling thru..
Hey Todd exelent choice in the BOC music I'm from the same Era as you I guess. I have sing along with many of your picks! love it brother keep rocking on and God bless y'all peace out.
I just arrived in vientiane on Tuesday and 1 of the first thing i seen was kids trying to throw their rubbish over the concrete wall down on the river side area, was not impressed but not my place to say anything either, was hoping to see better when i get on the bike and head north but clearly theres a long way to go in, as you said, the education around litter management
@NowinLao cheers! I will for sure! Hopefully run into on the way around, help yous out a bit with 1 of your care package shopping lists while im here 👍
Hi Todd, it has been a while since I had made any comments but I do have a question for you. I love your new Land Cruiser, do you mind me asking what’s the damage with something like that in Laos?
As usual Todd great vlog I thought NeeNee said single to mate 😂 The reason the car goes faster is because u removed several hundred kg of mud lol 😂 Todd fat is flavor though A place I did not get to visit were the stones Mina is growing fast
It’s unfortunate to see a beautiful view littered with trash. The nai ba should make people who are incarcerated clean up the trash. Thanks for another great video. Love the peaceful countryside’s

Sad to say the environment takes 2nd place when standard of living is so low and the tourism dollar value won't be that much out there. Best thing would just be to have a burn barrel.
Unfortunately all of Asia has the same problem with rubbish. Once or twice I've been into an area that is kept clean and it is so stark to the senses. The West has gone much the same in so many places .. no respect anymore. Can't beat those carwash places used to get mine done every week so he'd stay in business. Bushyboy Oz
My wife is Vietnamese and love's the fatty cuts. They think we a queer because we like the lean bits. When we go back to Vietnam her mum cooks me these beautiful pork ribs.

Memory full, that's me.😀
I get taught a Lao phrase and I must have a small memory card, it doesn't stick. 8 years still can't count to ten. 😢

I'm not sure of the artist, but it's a remix of "don't fear the reaper". RUclips search "don't fear the reaper remix" and you should find it 👌
