I would personally tho try to blend the edges more of the silicone on the scars for a more faded in touch :)

In most films, Silicone Gel filled prosthetics are used because you can imperceptibly blend the edges. These CAN be perfectly blended with the silicone paste, but that would take twice the amount of time that it should for this prosthetic. Silicone Gel Filled Prosthetics have a skin of vinyl bald cap plastic so that you can melt the edges perfectly with either 99% Alcohol or Acetone. The technique that you see demonstrated here is for a prosthetic that can be reused, and that is a rare thing.
