Reverse searing/Sous vide a steak vs pan sear and butter baste, etc… Edit: Thank you to all the people suggesting channels that do something similar. However, it would also be nice to gain Josh’s perspective. Gaining different perspectives on food is the best way to level up your cooking imo.

Imagine watching a course of anything for a living. Then editing that course, meaning watching it over and over again. Do that for years. See I realize that Josh is assuming what he’s saying is being understood by the recipient; evident in the “cut your potato in half” as Vick paused because there’s 2 ways to cut something in half, Josh is already cutting into cubes and that’s why the other person gets so far behind, it’s not literally step by step instructions, it’s just regular instruction, if this were to be fair Josh would have to be a lot more descriptive and precise in his instruction
