Hey friends, welcome back! Over the past couple of days, I have received a lot of DMs from students saying that they are going to apply for their study visas for Fall 2022. Since it is already quite late, they’re running short on time. So, in this video, I’m gonna tell you everything you need to do, step by step to ensure you get your study visa in the fastest way possible.

Hi Tahseer. Im waiting for my SDS application for 4 months now and I need to defer my future start date to Jan 2023. SHould I continue to wait or should I withdraw and submit non-SDS application? And is it possible for me to submit both SDS and non-SDS application? If so, i would like to try out to see which one has the faster results. Thank you for your time! 😄

TLDR:
1. Do an upfront medical exam
2. Apply for non SDS stream
3. Book biometrics appointment for the nearest possible date DUH!
(Open GIC account, not necessary to pay 1 year tuition fees)

@@RaghuRoxx Yeah he and his friends i think applied after 12th and to a relevant course. so there are no other reason for visa rejection and he could be finacially well. when those who cant show theit finacial proof well, it could lead to rejection.

For Australia it should be minimum 35 lakh

Did you apply for the visa yourself or via some consultant? Also, is it beneficial to hire a consultant?
I did every process by myself.
You can get a consultant, just make sure they know what they are doing.

In sds category you have to pay the full tuition fee of one year as a requirement
Hi sir I have a question. My name is raman. I am applying for a Canadian study permit. I have given IELTS and got 6.5 bands overall. I have paid 1 sem tution fee, whole amount of gic , and submitted itr of my parents that is around 10 lakhs. I am a good student with 85% marks in my 12 th and also selected my course accordingly at centennial college. My agents said that my visa chances are less because of non sds category.

There is no formal number for that, but as a general rule of thumb, whatever is available can be considered towards it because the sponsor will keep earning while you are studying.

Hey Tahseer, should I apply through sds or non sds for winter 2023. Many recommended to go with sds because the rush is minimum for winter intake compared to fall. Many raised that the processing time will be longer for non sds than sds. After watching this video I'm totally confused. Should I go for sds or non sds?

@@meenaasok4648 do not apply, retake your IELTS exam and make sure you have an over all 6.5 with no band less than 6
I don't mean to say "don't upload your IELTS score report". Just go to the non-SDS portal and upload the docs. I have suggested this to a student who got refusal under SDS and now she got an approval under non-SDS.

So as you have said to apply in non sds stream, slelect no for language test and mention score marks and attach score report in client information portal. Yeah, I do know some students who applied in non SDS with IELTS and got their visas approved quickly.

Hi Abdur! Just wanted to ask a few things: I took upfront medical on 29th June; applied non SDS on 13th June; gave biometrics today (18th July) and its details already showing up in my “Application Information” section in the IRCC portal.
1) Is there a way to check if they have already processed my medical? (Even though the ‘review of medical results’ part says - no medical exam needed)
2) with my biometric Id number and date of enrolment and expiry now showing in IRCC, does this mean they have received/processed my biometrics and application part in complete?
3) My application status says “ action is required” but there is no unread message or any other change when I review it. Is it a glitch? Should I be concerned? All my forms and documents are uploaded and say “provided” in details column.

@@Abdu_mm hi max, as per my learnings from Abdur's video series, I suggest you book an upfront medical from a designated location on your own. And when its successfully completed, you can inform IRCC by submitted you Medical ID number etc. But kindly wait for Abdur's advice on the same. I really have no additional knowledge other than these videos and abdur's replies to people's questions

I just got rejection for my student visa. I had applied in Sds category on 28th April. I had a strong Sop, paid full fees and gic as well.
My classes begin in 1st week of September. And I’m not sure if I should apply again in non sds or apply in another college for Jan 2023 intake.
I’ve heard that non sds visas are coming within 10 days as of now, so considering that as an option. Please do give your advice. And please help me with what all documents should I submit for non sds category visa.
Someone told me to select No in GIC option and then put your GIC certificate along with CA report in financial statement.Is it right or wrong sir.

I completed an upfront medical exam on 20th July 2022. According to the hospital they submitted my medical exam results to IRCC on 24th July 2022 itself.
I lodged my SDS visa application on 5th October 2022 and got my biometrics done on 10th October 2022 itself.
When can I expext the updation of my medical exam on the GCkey portal??

But language test is mandatory for study visa they are telling even if it is non sds either Tofel or pte is mandatory
Upload your score report in the client info section. It's not mandatory under non-SDS according to IRCC. But, I would recommend uploading it in Client info.
@@tahseer bro what are you talking about? IELTS (or an equivalent language proficiency test) is absolutely mandatory even if it's not directly asked for by IRCC. 9 times out of 10 they will ask for it, its not possible for Canada to grant a student visa if they don't even know if the student can speak, write, read and understand English. The only reason why IELTS may not be required (for non-english native countries) is if a student is applying for postgrad and they have already done their post-secondary education in a uni/college where English was the official medium of instruction.

Applying through the non-sds doesn't require any IELTS results. You only need a LOA to apply.
