i always come to a point where i must drop my flat bench because of pain :/ when i recover from the pain, i entroduce pressing movements and the pinching thing helps keep me pain free in other movements like dips or incline bench, but when i come back to flat bench, soon or latter i feel i loose this shoulder blades pinch and i feel the pain again
