Not many people will no what he meant by lifting more on a fat pad but it makes a huge difference. I love benching on a fat pad. It looked to me like Jesse was getting leaner during his 30 days on TURK. One thing I notice personally in addition to what Jesse stated is I was in a way better mood. Feel like pushing harder and had more drive to go hard. I never noticed a single negative side.

If there were any visual signs of improvement on day 30, they were minimal. Another thing to remember is to question what amount of increase in strength that possibly came from Turkesteron, and what amount of increase in strength you would have gotten anyway by being on point with both training and diet for 30 days straight. I don't see this video as easy as to say that "Take Turkesteron for 30 days and get stronger".

I’ve been in Turk for a month and a half now. Calorie deficit to recomp. 4 capsules a day (2000 mg).
My strength and my gains have gone up and my body fat has gone down despite being on a 500-300 calorie deficit. I always hit my protein macros, though.
Could it be the turk? Maybe. Maybe not. But strength increases while on a deficit? Not very common.

Actually there are many naturally occurring steroids. Steroids are just hormones. All humans that are alive are constantly producing steroids. For example, cortisol, testosterone, and estrogen are all natural steroid hormones that occur in humans. It’s the quantity and type that can be unnatural. Just because something is “natural” doesn’t mean it’s healthy to put in your body. Uranium is natural but that doesn’t mean you should put it in your body.
