This is a very helpful video to get my students practicing on what to say when they need help in cases of emergency. Newcomers are not all the same in terms of knowing what to do or say in such cases or in any case for that matter. I teach foundation level and CLB 1-2, so I know that this video is perfect for their level. Thank you.
