she kept calm and was composed during the whole call, not many people can do that in such a disturbing situation. I respect her guts in making the call right next to him, many things could've gone wrong that night and I'm glad she was rescued and the bastard was caught. RIP to other victims they couldn't get to in time.
The just identified his last victim through DNA search. She left her boyfriend and kids in Louisiana and was selling magazine subscriptions and sold one to his Mom. He offered her a ride when he spotted her a few weeks later and killed her. Dana Lowrey was her name, no one ever cared enough to report her missing. Sad.
Considering how scared she sounded and the risk she took by making the call with him right next to her I think she was already well aware of what was in store if she didn't get help.
In America, it’s different, and, of course, this was a very very rare case. Also, in crisis training as a citizen, I was told to yell vile language at an attacker to show power on their level...

Well she might have just been able to get one hand free but not the rest of her bindings. It is a good question still.
This girl made EVERYTHING to survive. Explained the house, went out of the room and everything. She just gave a police a murder.
Liloh Rydstrom yeah I’ve read about it. I don’t wish death anybody but judge knows better and I guess everyone gets what they deserve.
Sad.
Patricia McCormick :(((( very sad. Didn’t about that. Thank’s!

Oh my goodness tears are running down my face. I have to applaud this woman and her bravery. Oh my word. Serial killer? Serial rapist?
When she said tell them to come back, my heart started racing. Good job
You can say it's similar to Rose saying 'come back' in Titanic movie.
And it's all because it's a woman?
TheEnlightened One what?
Eve Storm I'm just saying. It doesn't matter if it were a woman or a man. It's the same thing. You dont have to emphasize the woman in the comment. She could have just left it at "she was really brave doing what she did." Stuff like this happens daily. The reaction isnt or shouldnt be different wheather the person was white black a girl or boy.
TheEnlightened One I mean whenever I see anyone brave I say either “that’s a brave man” or “that’s a brave woman”. It’s just a factual statement, no it doesn’t matter their gender but she’s just stating the fact that she is a brave woman, nothing wrong with that.
tf was that operator on? "he's asleep and i got to be quiet" "okay so let me keep asking you dumb questions"
I thought the same thing at the end
Actually no!! Those questions are necessary..and there are many reasons for it..she was asking about all those doors and windows cause there was a possibility that the boy would have woke up!!! Second, all these questions are asked to keep the victim calm..and third..she needs time to triangulate and find her location..she was keeping her calm by asking all those questions..the fourth reason are the fake calls that they receive daily..
@@samvedsrivastava1169 yes, but it was obvious the victim wasnt able to talk much and was very scared of talking because the guy might have woken up so it def wasnt keeping the victim calm.

She and the caller sounded like a real team, trying to get her outta there asap.
This dispatcher should be proud of herself, for real :)
lol both of you some dumb bitches she sucked asking dumb ass questions of course pasty bitches like u guys would say that
master cheef - What about my comment leads you to assume I'm "pasty" (which I'm taking to mean "white", indicating to me that you're black, or just non-white, at least)? Care to name an example of what you mean, exactly? Or give an idea of what you'd do differently if you were the dispatcher? The woman made it out safely, despite the apparent dumbassedness of the dispatcher's questions, so I don't really see what you're on about, there.
If you ACTUALLY have a real answer to any of those questions, I'm actually curious to know... but I don't think you do. I think your brain just discharged a bit of mental waste on the YT comments section. You should probably get that checked out. 'Cuz the kind of DENSE MOTHERFUCKERS who mudsling on someone's race WHEN THEY CAN'T EVEN SEE OR HEAR THE PERSON TO BEGIN WITH are the same kind of people who wind up making Darwin Award-worthy decisions.
