guys i forgot one fix: if you use RSMB and your render gets stuck, remove RSMB and try again. A lot of PC's can't handle RSMB in rendering.

@@siredquinn try moving between layers within a clip, probably some effects wont work if rsmb is on top of it, also try putting rsmb on a clip rather than an adjustment layer

0:45 - you should read the infobox on your own screen: the gpu enabled doesn't give better render, only faster. the color precision is less with gpu in 8 bit per channel, you trade in quality for speed. nevertheless you should leave it on if you can since otherwise the rendering takes much longer while the quality differences are not that big, but the quality is still a little worse and not better.

Just making notes here..
I got the same error while exporting, and using Vokouder for making the output as .mp4
How I fix this error is only change the specific format... from the default "H264 (x264)" to a "H264 (NVIDIA)"
Works really good on me (while on the default project settings, etc) might works for you guys too.
