White toner A sheet to B sheet demonstration

- This is a demonstration to help you understand the science behind the marrying process when creating white toner transfer prints. The key to getting a good transfer during the A to B process is good pressure distribution across the image so the B sheet evenly distributes the adhesive onto the toner on the A sheet. When It comes to getting good consistant results useing the right heat press matters as you will see in this video. Stick around to the end so you can see something that I can't explain that I noticed while editing this video. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

I have that printer, and I'm not a fan. I wish I would have bought a DFT instead. I have not practiced a lot since I have the same issues with pressure and rubbing hard enough. But most of my prints has had an issue....however I do have a shirt with an issue that I used for a night shirt and I wash it a lot and it has held up great in the washer/dryer..
Also, I hope to see you at Decosummit. I got the VIP ticket, and I'm doing the dinner with Henry 😊
This is great information from an actual user. I appreciate your input. People need to see and hear things from people that use the equipment. I’m definitely gonna continue to use it and try to help everyone figure out a solution to the inconsistency issue. I will see you at Deco Summit.
@@tamarrahblakeman489 I hate this white toner printer. Now I am stuck paying for it. I did buy a DTF printer and I love this thing. Just have to stay up on the weekly maintenance. I learned that the hard way!

dont be afraid of it . the more you show fear the more they can actually mess with you . ive been tossed around the room before while in my sleep . I thought I was falling off the bed but what's weird is that when a person falls off the bed they wake up on the floor right next to it .
instead a was waking up while running and bouncing off the wall or towards the window off the 5 floor . so what ever was tossing me around in the room was actually trying to hurt me . another time my nephew and I saw wind literally WIND come into the room and take form and went behind the curtain and took form of a human being . we sat there and asked one another if we are both seeing it , and yes the response was YES . But we weren't afraid of it till later in the night it allowed us to hear the future . like people talking about me and them wanting to hurt me .
today I actually am feel special to hear and see things that others can't .

Would a brayer roller help with pressing the glue into the print?
I thought about introducing a bread roller in my next video. I’m gonna give it a try and see.
Help... I have a white toner printer but my black colors in my prints don't come out black. They come out gray. How can I correct this? I have a ricoma white toner printer.
You will never get a true black because white toner printers don’t have a black toner cartridge. They use a combination of cyan and magenta to give you a color mimicking black but you won’t get the noir that you are looking for. I knock out the black and use the black of the shirt to get a true black. If you need to put black on a white shirt you can order some dtfs from me. You have to be creative with these printers.
@@adubbproductions They do have a black toner it came with my machine the problem with A sheet and B sheet is only pressure it happened to me but i trie and tried then once you get use to it is easy of course sometimes is not perfect but nothing is perfect right good luck!!!

gota pre heat platen for 5-10 minutes... i hate using my icolor 550. because its never smooth sailing

I wonder if having a lower heated platen will help the combining process. I have one but no white toner printer to try it out 😞
are white toner printers reliable?
They print everytime with no issues. Never fails. Leave it sit for months and come back an it will print like you never left it. No one can deny that.

The image quality from these printers are great! I just wish the process was more foolproof for the amount of money they charge to own one.

A-Dubb hotronics fusion has the same issue with marry process. please dont make view feel they need a fusion because theyll have same problems

@@Modifiedwear I was saying push it good. The whistle was anonymous. I can’t remember if at some point I whistled the song or not but there is no way I can whistle and talk at the same time. I’m totally lost on this one.

Off topic. Not sure if you’ve ever done this You should get a heat temp gun and check your Temps all over the platten top to see if it’s consistent everywhere cause if it not maybe could be the problem
No. Watching it, it sounds like the voice is coming from behind the camera. I’m spooked out just thinking about it.
That is true. I have a heat temp gun. Made a video using it. Some people in the comments said that the gun was not that accurate and recommended some overpriced contraption that I could not justify purchasing.

*They also have a Paper Feel. Not Soft to Touch like DTF or DTG.*

I agree Hermwilliams. Mine last a long time also. Rick you might be doing something wrong.
You also get less of a paper feel with properly rasterized images. White toner isn’t an either or thing it is to be used for what it’s good for. I personally think it makes the most sense for 1 shirt orders and people that are not good with keeping up with maintenance. Most people are afraid of dtg and dtf maintenance. Also Rick you complain about every print method. Lol you had bad things to say about dtf as well as my dtg videos. Am I making this up?
