Missed this due to timezone and need to sleep issues. For the positron having a part break in shipping for a printer designed to be folded up a taken places doesn't sound like a good start.

well, considering the part that broke was a part that had nothing to do with the folding mechanism and was an off the shelf part, gonna just chalk it up to "dude on the line made a simple oopsie"
it also took 30 sec to fix
