I like how you make people feel comfortable that you are here for people like us that are planning ahead. We have a growing business in Oregon, but really want to end up down there.
Thanks for watching and I really appreciate the comment! My family and I came here from out of state 7yrs ago, so I know there's a lot of moving pieces. Always happy to be a resource for folks looking to do the same.

Great information once again. 👏
Thanks for tuning in, appreciate the comment!
recent 2nd home buyer here on the farwest side. love the videos
Thanks for the feedback sir, and welcome to the Far West Side‼️
Which areas are the safest areas of San Antonio, with less crime? North, East, South or West San Antonio?
I think anywhere outside loop 1604
Getting the house is the deal!!!
Yeah it is! Glad you were able to get locked in before all this craziness that's about to ensue🙌🏾
I have 25 k in equity and haven’t even moved in yet🤘🤘 wish I would have bought last October when I thought prices where pretty “high” lol 😂
I'm building a house right now and in the same position too🙌🏾. Just wait til Spring time hits, it's about to be 🤯‼️
So I bet what happened is SA grew in population but it doesn't mean all the buildings or homes got nicer though as it's a supply and demand issue. I'd imagine slow gentrification. So people are paying tons for these homes that might not even be in good neighborhoods, right?
Hope it's not the case but that is the reality in most gentrification communities
You mention that veterans get a property tax discount according to their disability rating is that correct? Can you please explain more on this? Thank you
Yes sir, that's correct for military service related disability ratings. The higher your rating the greater the discount you'll see on your property taxes. Those rated 100% disabled don't pay any property taxes on their primary residence. We usually refer folks to our lending partners for a deeper discussion to see how much that impacts their buying power. Were you considering a move in the near future?
@@SanAntonioTexasLiving Thank you for the information. My plans are to retire in San Antonio in the next 4 to 8 years from now depends where my military career takes me. That will depend on when to retire. If I PCS to Lackland in the next 24 months I am planning to buy a house preferably new Contruccion 3000sq ft or higher a big lot is going to be a big plus also
I gotcha, we'll be here for you if you make it out this way. Keep the questions coming, we're happy to be a resource😎
@@SanAntonioTexasLiving Of course I will reach out to if I PCS in the next 24 months. Thank you 🙏🏼
I noticed that you focus more on the Northside. Is the southside a bad neighborhood?
I’d say no but the better schools, hospitals and shopping are all in the north side. But traffic is worse…east side and west have way higher crime rates. I’d stay away from moving there…
I want to invest in multifamily properties in San Antonio and nearby areas. Are they plentiful out there? I'm in nyc by the way
We can help with that. Shoot us a call at 210-510-9444😎
Taxes r to high when it comes to rental property in Texas
Second home prices are much higher now. Guidelines just changed to go after people buying 2nd homes for AirBnB
Do you have a link or anything with more info about this?
What’s going to happen when the economic collapse will the home still drop
I can speak to what will happen across the rest of the country, but even back in 2008/2009 prices in TX just leveled off. There wasn't a massive decrease like in some other areas. It'll be interesting to keep an eye on things as we move forward.
Texas didnt let bank make crazy loans, what goes up must come down
