Very, very cool because 1) we are currently staying at an RV park in Bahia de San Agustin about 2 hours south of ya'll and the weather is pretty hot but we are loving it. 2) We stayed a few months in Santa Maria del Tule and Oaxaca City and really liked it....we are considering making the state of Oaxaca our home base after we wrap up a few years of 100% RV travel. We've been to 13 or 14 Mexican states now...many of which we've had extended stays in. So it's cool to hear that out of all the places you've been in Mexico you chose Puerto Escondido! I do worry though about what changes lie in store after the new autopista opens that cuts travel time to Oaxaca City drastically...

Happy New Year and welcome back. I am glad you took a break and I hope life in Mexico City is not all bad 😊. It was great to see Karen and Dave too. I haven’t been in Puerto Escondido for 20 years, but it is a special place. Great video.
So lovely to see your faces pop up on my RUclips timeline. It sounds like you bought property at the perfect time!! I know many people see new development and think automatically it’s Americans changing things, but for those of us that travel domestically - Mexico is a large country and there are definitely people there that work hard and want fancy places to stay and dine themselves! I live on the border and certainly there are Americans that travel down to Baja for the wineries and resorts, but in reality it’s still majority Mexicans from the area or from the big cities in the country. I don’t think that PE’s airport has many if any international flights. I’m sure you’ll be a great voice once you’re locals. Also, don’t hesitate to post shorter videos of things to do in CDMX! It might not be travel to you, but Mexico City’s a hot travel destinations and would love to see your faves that you’ve discovered while there!
Hola amigo! Likewise, it's great to see a comment from you :) I'm so glad you mentioned that about Mexicans also being a significant part of change and development. They really are! PE's airport is gradually adding more and more flights. I believe they now have a direct flight coming in from Canada (or will soon if not already). CDMX "travel" videos to come for sure! Saludos!
It’s so great to start off the year your videos, I wish you the best and a very happy, prosperous new year! Looking forward to your content coming up. Congrats on your purchase, it has great potential for renting too.
You guys are so inspiring! I would love to know the process and any tips for buying property in Mexico as a dual citizen. Also would love to see you guys do a mini series on the building process when that time comes.
Hola 👋🏼 thanks so much for your comment 😊 we took such a non traditional route to buying this property but I could think of some tips for buying. We haven’t decided if it’s worth a while video or simply a post in writing for our Patreon members. I will start working on this soon and will post and update to the RUclips community when we figure out how to share it thanks for the reminder 🤗 But the mini series on the building process we could definitely do! 😊
Congratulations you guys that’s wonderful for you. I’m coming down to Puerto for my first visit in a couple of weeks. Good luck and keep doing what you’re doing.
It's great to see you back in PE, I know you love it there. It sounds like CDMX kind of makes you sick, big city life, get a tent and camp on your lot in PE for some down time. Get some dancing in, too, I remember you taught a class there for a while. Yes, please, whatever you do to the property, I would love to see video progress and watch whatever it is grow. Great to see Karen and Dave!
Yes it was short lived but it was exactly what we needed to get our heads back on track. CDMX is awesome but puerto Escondido is where we belong. Saludos
Good to see you back in Southern Mexico! You two were part of our inspiration to travel here. We're now in La Crucecita enjoying an extended stay. We're not good dancers like the two of you, but we found dancing on the beach this Thursday and are looking forward to it. 😊
Hola, Congratulations on acquiring a property !! I was in the Rinconada area , Carri Surf Studios, and it was really good to be there I did rent a scooter but didn't stretch out / explore as much as wanted to ( next time ) I am already to get back ! However also thinking about checking out San Pancho next time ( soon ) Perhaps in mid to late April ! ??
Glad to hear you loved PE and want to go back! Experiment with staying in different neighborhoods is a great way to get the most out of PE 🫶🏻 we’ve been to San Pancho (briefly) and loved it. Reminded us of a quieter PE

😃 yayyy , so glad to see. You guys are back! Happy new year by the way🎉! I am glad you posted an update on puerto escondido. I am sooo happy for you guys, to be able to build your new home/ hostel. Maybe a video on local real estate, lots for sale. 😊
So enjoyed this vid...Got up knowing I need to make a decision about my visit to Puerto Escondido in two weeks.. .Maybe I could pitch a tent on your property🤔. 😅 Happy New Year!
A friend of mine bought some land near Puerto Escondido and she is in the process of building what she hopes will be a sustainable cooperative-living community, which I think is exciting. It will be fun to see what you two decide to do with your parcel. Was it complicated to go through the purchase process?
That’s super cool! Do you know which part of PE she’s in? The purchase process was but complicated because it was so new for us. I need to sit down and write it out and maybe share some tips
I’ll never forget when Kevin was so excited to pick Puerto as your full time home. While that didn’t happen, you guys still created a home there by buying the property. I can’t wait to see the future progress of your build and I really hope you guys choose a home to build that maybe eventually you’ll both live full time. Wish a Happy New Years to you both, you both are just the greatest couple 💕
Lol. Well, in all fairness, we both know (and knew) that we will end up living in Puerto full-time someday. In the meantime, we want to continue creating content for this channel that we love and of course, generate income (read: take that job in CDMX that ends up not working out and now have to figure out the next step.. if you haven't seen our latest video, sorry for the spoiler lol).. but yes, point is, eventually we will make this dream in Puerto happen
Ha, good to see your back After spending a week in Tijuana I arrived in Veracruz Dec 12th spent Xmas and New year here and headed to Papantla El Tajin and now I in Averado for the night then back to my B&B in Veracruz heading to Xalapa on the 15th Thank you you got me off the couch and travel Mexico
Veracruz is a very interesting places as you know I do enjoy my time in Veracruz walking around the city for over two weeks I learned A lot about the city it’s good to see effort is being put in to restore the parts of the city that’s been in disrepair it would be nice to see the city put a little money towards trash bins in all of the Centro of Mexico city‘s have visited they do a lot better job of trash collecting it’s hard to see garbage piled up on a street corner waiting for pick up then when it is picked up there’s still a lot left behind being a musician I found a couple great places to hear Latin music one of them being Cantaneta Lara and yes there is great places for coffee but I was very shocked to see a lot of the locals drinking instant coffee I do find it more expensive than most all Central Mexican cities all that being said I really have enjoyed my time in Veracruz city and traveling to Papantla was a real Joy that is a really great little city and El Tajin has a strong ancient energy I’m in Alvarado now and this also is a very interesting coastal town the Sokolow is incredibly beautiful and I don’t think I’ve seen more scooters in any one place in my whole life I will be heading to Xalapa on the 15th. Cheers, Allen
That woman at 04:00-4:15 looks so paranoid of your camera LOL. Love the uploads! Cheers from QRO. My fiance and I moved down here right as you were heading out to CDMX... So close LOL!
@@EatBailaTravel We love it, my fiance's dad's side live here so we've felt right at home. We are hoping to find the perfect birria around here though.. it's always res never chivo though!
Hi Guys congrats on your land purchase, I really enjoy your videos, I love Me'xico ❤ loved your colombian content when you both visited our country, greetings from USA 🇺🇸 🙏♥️✌️
Happy New Year🎉 whatever you decide to do with your property, remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day! Here’s to a fabulous 2024! Nice to see Karen and Dave too.
the land we bought? We paid $3,500 mxn pesos per square meter at a time when the peso was around $19mxn to $1 usd. We paid close to $90,000 USD for the two lots. The biggest investment of our lives. We've been told that our lots our worth double now, which is crazy because at the time we felt we were already paying too much.
Love love love you guys. Guessing there might also be sewage issues going on there. Watch out in the ocean. I know many people that have gotten sick in Sayulita due to fast growth.
Hey hey thanks so much for the love! 🫶🏽❤️ yea the sewage then gets into the ocean and can make swimmers sick. Kevin got really sick in Sayulita like that when we went :(
$60 pesos for a quesadilla 😮 that’s crazy!!! I just got back from spending 8 days in Mexico City on vacation. 2nd time and loved it even more. Looking to take my 5 kids to Mexico for a summer vacation and are trying to decide between Oaxaca and Merida. We’ve already done a Chiapas trip with them, Mexico City trip, Morelia, Durango, and Cancun down to Bacalar trip. Between Oaxaca/puerto or Merida what one do you think would be more affordable.
To be fair, it was a quite large quesadilla lol. In our experience, Oaxaca would be more affordable than Merida. Prices are more inflated in Merida because of its proximity to Cancun whereas Oaxaca is still comparatively more affordable. Both are beautiful places and I’m sure you’ll love them both.
Great question, we believe it’s half way done but according to the locals if the current government doesn’t finish it by August they might not be able to finish.🤷🏾♂️
Thanks! 😁 and just curious, are you referring to our Latino accent when we speak in English? Or our accent when we speak Spanish? We get a kick out of hearing peoples’s thoughts on our accents because we have such hybrid-almost-Frankenstein-ish accents in both English and Spanish at this point I think haha.😆
Oh i think you speak both languages perfectly, but i've been living and traveling in mexico for about 2.5 yrs now and people speak differently imo, i especially like jenny's accent when she says spanish words. of course spanish can be such a pretty language, you guys know the old saying: "speak german to your dog, english to your servant, french to your lover, and spanish to god" 😊
We did. We are learning how to use more and more it’s all about checking trends. We had to leave PE on the 31st otherwise we would have had to stay til the 6th which wasn’t bad but we had to get back to CDMX
Thanks for the feedback. Appreciated your other Pass video and any info you share on using it. Not many good videos on RUclips about it a d how it does or doesn't practically work. Do you just usea backpack only? And do gate agents seem to check them for Pass tixs?
Welcome back! Glad to see you guys had time to relax and enjoy the holidays. Quick question what factors were you guys looking when choosing that location of land? I’m trying to decide where to build in PXM. Would love to see the process of building in PXM! Saludos desde MKE Jesus C.
We weren't too picky on the location to be honest but being so close to the beach and close to an area that is growing made us feel confident that we were making a smart purchase. We'd also been looking the in the Bacocho and Rinconada area which we like better for a residence, but for a potential business, something near La Punta would be better.
@@EatBailaTravel La Puta has changed a lot since I lived there in 04’ back in the day that was “The Rave” Party side till 6am. Ideally Rinconada y Bacocho is where we would like to live but the land is really high. If we decide in that area we would have to consider to purchase a house and not build. I’m glad you guys love PXM, it’s been my second home besides Milwaukee/ DF / La Chona. Maybe one day we will rum into you guys, since we go there once a year to PXM & DF, I still have familia in both places. Keep up the great videos and be safe! Saludos
Hi neighbour! I should have bought 2 lots also, but just the one. Good mention of prices and the environment. Gas was $2.00 per litre when I was there in Dec, and 12 moths prior it was $1.35. It's becoming shockingly expensive in my perspective. Developers are drooling at the prosect of building resorts, which would take away the character of the town. My property is 200M. There should be limits to size and height in place. Thanks for your work and we'll see you sometime.
There all kinds of hostels. Party hostels, chill hostels, smelly hostels and shady ones too. Just check the ratings on hosterlworld.com and give it shot. Just take a combination lock and you should be good.
Yall should definitely make that property into a hostel! It’ll practically pay for itself. Could yall also make a video on how you guys went about purchasing that property? Like was it cash or through bank? We’d really appreciate it! Saludos!
hahahaha aw man we totally meant to comment on the fact that the unfinished church is exactly the same LOL. And Tacos El Viejo is still there but unfortunately el viejo himself passed away.
Awesome video ! I’m looking to buy some land in the area. How much was your property? And can you recommend someone who’s selling land around that area ? Thanks in advance
Hi there, thanks! We paid $3,500 pesos per square meter at a time when the exchange rate was around 19 pesos to the dollar. We've heard that lots near us are now going for $7,500-$8,000 pesos per square meter. We purchased directly from the seller, so unfortunately we don't have a specific recommendation.
Hi! We cashed out our retirement funds (401k) and paid for the property in cash. Not sure I would advise anyone to do that but we took the risk. We don’t qualify for any financing options in Mexico because we don’t have any financial work history here
For sure. We came to it via word-of-mouth from a family friend local to PE. The seller was married to someone in their family and they introduced us. Before we met them though we’d been walking around town taking down phone numbers from posters and real estate businesses.
Good to see you're back in Puerto. Give us a shout if you want to take a trip a little east to Santa Elena el Tule and Ocean Oasis Hotel. We'd love to show you around this area, and you can be our guests for the day/night. Are you familiar with Agua Blanca? It's the best seafood in Mexico and a short beach walk from us. We've enjoyed your videos and would love to share some conversation.
Hola! Yes, we've been to Agua Blanca but only drove through it with someone who was showing us around. We need to revisit and try the seafood! We'd love take you up on that offer next time we're in PE! ☺ It would be lovely to meet you. Are you on Instagram? Please send us a message if so. If not, an email to eatbailatravel@gmail.com so we can stay connected 🤗
I want to move to Mexico in about 9 years but I'm thinking of working from home but just don't know how to go about doing that. any ideas? Nice seeing you guys on here again! You're definitely lucky to be missing this Chicago weather.
Are you of Mexican heritage? If so, first step is get your mexican citizenship and be a dual citizen 🇺🇸🇲🇽😎 the other thing is to look for jobs with American companies operating in Mexico (though they'll likely pay in pesos) or look for US remote jobs in call centers, customer service, IT which tend to be remote
Bienviendos! A lot has changed in Puerto in the last few years, especially in La Punta, which is a supposed to be a "zona ecologico". Almost every lot is being cleared and built on now. More and more units, housing, are coming on line but the demand has remained the same at best. You could see it this holiday season. There were a lot of people in town but most places were not at full occupancy. The infrastructure here was never intended to support all this growth. The water & agua negra problems have only gotten worse. As well as the amount of garbage and plastic waste you see strewn all over the town. Where this is all going and how this will all end? idk The next 2-3 years will be telling for the community. All that being said. Puerto is still an amazing place...for now!
@@EatBailaTravel they do look like a submarine , hi tech , you controll everything by phone only 300k pesos, factory in monterrey will strt making them , im getting one for my terrenos in merida
@@EatBailaTravel they are cheap small homes , people are buying them and putting them in their land , some has solar panels you just need water attachment , and swer , look it up vessels small afforable homes
That would be hard to do. We paid in cash so we don't have experience with financing a property. We wouldn't qualify anyway because we have no credit history in Mexico and they don't accept foreign credit scores or anything like that.
Puerto is the best city in Oaxaca in my opinion next to of course Oaxaca city and H-co :) been coming to my home away from Home for years now love you Puerto forever ♾️ :) my heart ❤️ is Mexico 🇲🇽 But my love of loves is Puerto so happy to see so many people enjoy it but hope it doesnt get to crazy crowded seeing now tons of people from the states and EU and other countries come there etc :) thanks for sharing havent been back there since before covid :) looks amazing as always above all miss the beaches:)
Hi you all! Hey I'm native from Puerto Escondido located In the USA now, I also have a property in Puerto trying to sell it if there is someone interested its located 5 minutes north the airport. Thanks you for sharing your experience. Espero conocerlos algún dia.
Cool thanks for sharing! There have been a few people in this comments section who’ve mentioned interest in buying. How can they get in touch with you?
It be nice to make videos on the construction process. I also have a lot similar to yours in Jalisco and would eventually like to start building in the near future. Congrats y'all!
What’s the sidewalk situation? Do worry with all the construction that they’re some ankle breaking dips and holes to consider especially when having a camera talking. Have a dentist friend who does charity trips down there.
There are some concrete sidewalks but a lot of PE is gravel streets and sand. I'm pretty accident-prone so I do have to watch my step often. I don't mind it. It forces me to practice more mindfulness. I've rolled my ankle of concrete sidewalk more than gravel or any other kind of uneven surface.
moved here in 2015. seen many lousy vlogs of puerto.videos like this one add to the over exposure of the area. its croded now, with tourists who sre rude to locals and often drunk.mazatlan, p vallarta, cancun tulum aee all ruined by excessive visitors. it will happen here soon.
It’s easy to point fingers at others when there’s a problem but don’t forget to point a finger at yourself as you might be part of the problem or the solution. Saludos amigo have a wonderful 2025!
Should have been here 30 years ago, even 10…. Tourist always get overcharged….even more so from Dec-April, example we rent a nice furnished 2 bedroom house in bococho, with cable, wifi, washing machine 2 blocks to the beach …yearly lease …7500 pesos a month ..I just ate a huge dinner up in town yesterday with drink, 85 pesos. Only in tourist places and tourist time you pay tourist prices.. Prices now are dropping as the rest of the world opened up, Puerto had a weird overinflated prices during Covid, now that many countries are having economic problems and the peso is higher watch for dropping prices and as a result of lots of newer rentals. Lots of for rent signs still up in our neighbourhood..even after the busiest 2:weeks.
Jenny couldn’t have been there 30 years ago she’s only 29 😂 but we agree that’s the case for so many places not just puerto. My family used to go before most of these places even existed. Glad you got to enjoy those days too
Oh. no. The taxi mafia are coming to Puerto now? Bummer. It’s something i hate about playa. Not even locals can get a fair taxi price there anymore, just too many tourists But we can accept that one fault + focus on the amazing things about Mexico 👌
yea that's a tough one because on the one hand I understand how the tourism increases cost of living for locals but it also feels like taxis take advantage.. :(

In the meantime, we want to continue creating content for this channel that we love and of course, generate income (read: take that job in CDMX that ends up not working out and now have to figure out the next step.. if you haven't seen our latest video, sorry for the spoiler lol).. but yes, point is, eventually we will make this dream in Puerto happen
thanks so much for your comment and kind words!
Great to see you back on youtube. You lot is pretty decent sized. -Marc
Hey Marc! Thanks. With over 500m2 there's room for lots of possibilities. Saludos to you and Paulette !
Love your videos! Would love to see videos of your experiences purchasing property in Mexico. ❤
Awesome happy to hear, how are you liking Veracruz this far?
🫢 I hadn’t noticed until you mentioned it lol oops. Nice! How are you liking living in QRO?
@@EatBailaTravel We love it, my fiance's dad's side live here so we've felt right at home. We are hoping to find the perfect birria around here though.. it's always res never chivo though!
Hi Guys congrats on your land purchase, I really enjoy your videos, I love Me'xico ❤ loved your colombian content when you both visited our country, greetings from USA 🇺🇸 🙏♥️✌️
Saludos! Thank you we will back in Colombia soon for more content 😉
Great video 👍 good to see you guys & Karen too ❤
We love spending time with Karen and Dave 🥰 thanks for your comment 🤗
Thank you for this !! I’ll be traveling in February (:
Cool, is it going to be your first time in Puerto Escondido?
Happy New Year🎉 whatever you decide to do with your property, remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day! Here’s to a fabulous 2024! Nice to see Karen and Dave too.
Happy new year, dear, Katherine!! 🤗🎉
just found your channel and i'm loving the vibes
if you don't mind me asking, how much was the spot?
the land we bought? We paid $3,500 mxn pesos per square meter at a time when the peso was around $19mxn to $1 usd. We paid close to $90,000 USD for the two lots. The biggest investment of our lives. We've been told that our lots our worth double now, which is crazy because at the time we felt we were already paying too much.
I can’t wait to visit Puerto Escondido 🥳🥳
I hope you get to make it happen soon! 😊
Another great video, Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it
Love love love you guys.
Kevin got really sick in Sayulita like that when we went :(
Feliz Año 🎉
Hola hola feliz año 🥳🫶🏻✨ te deseamos mucha salud, felicidad y éxito en el 2024 ✨
Igualmente ❤
Yay.. more Puerto content!

New video please!!! Maybe of how much the strip from the beginning of zicatela- la ponta. To see how much it really is growing
Hi! That could certainly be a whole video on its own for next time we visit 🙂👍🏽 thanks for the suggestion!
Is the road to Oaxaca city done yet, gracias??!!
Great question, we believe it’s half way done but according to the locals if the current government doesn’t finish it by August they might not be able to finish.🤷🏾♂️
Good point! btw love your spanish accents!
Oh i think you speak both languages perfectly, but i've been living and traveling in mexico for about 2.5 yrs now and people speak differently imo, i especially like jenny's accent when she says spanish words. of course spanish can be such a pretty language, you guys know the old saying:
"speak german to your dog, english to your servant, french to your lover, and spanish to god" 😊
I was there in Puerto Escondido two weeks ago omg it was hot 😅
Yesss especially these days in rainy season it also gets more humid! Wear bug spray if you’re still there 😅
Did you use your Volaris pass on this trip?
Congrats on the land, wish you the best in 2024.
Thank you so much! Saludos
Wish you the best in 2024 as well.
Oh hey neighbor!! Are you located in the Punta - Zicatela area, too?
Closest to the cinema. @@EatBailaTravel
Super close to us then! 😁 and I agree, I hope there are limits. Hope to meet you someday soon!
Yes, Eat Baila Hostel!
solo si nos prometes ayudar a estrenarlo cuando ya este listo! ❣
great info, gracias!
Thank you. Saludos!
Are hostel safe? I want to try them but I get apprehensive at the last minute. I feel that when I get back to my room my stuff will have dissappeared.
Saludos!
Love the idea! We will definitely put it on the construction video.
Is that funky, huge, half built cement church still there? And tye smoked marlin taco shack?
hahahaha aw man we totally meant to comment on the fact that the unfinished church is exactly the same LOL. And Tacos El Viejo is still there but unfortunately el viejo himself passed away.
Could you share more about the process of buying land there? My partner and I are very curious about this. Thanks for the content1
great video!!
Thank you!! 🙏🏽 appreciate your comment. Have a great week ☺️
We purchased directly from the seller, so unfortunately we don't have a specific recommendation.
interesting VLOG!!
Thank you!!
Missed y’all fr 😭 I was definitely scared you guys stopped making videos
It’s been a struggle but we’re gonna try to keep it up! 🫶🏻
Glad you’re back. Been a while. Saludos desde Detroit.
Thank you we took a little break but plan to go be a little more consistent
How much was the lots , or lot , fixing to make my move .. ty
Saludos! Qué bueno están en Puerto!
Saludos! Solo una semanita pero pronto regresaremos
Que bueno! Tal vez nos vemos en La Punta aquí vivo con mi esposa.
How did you buy your property in Puerto Escondido? Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi! We cashed out our retirement funds (401k) and paid for the property in cash. Not sure I would advise anyone to do that but we took the risk. We don’t qualify for any financing options in Mexico because we don’t have any financial work history here
@EatBailaTravel how did you find the property? Just curious how I can start my search. Thanks in advance.
For sure. We came to it via word-of-mouth from a family friend local to PE. The seller was married to someone in their family and they introduced us. Before we met them though we’d been walking around town taking down phone numbers from posters and real estate businesses.
Thank you! @@EatBailaTravel
Hey Fam, I here in Cali fruit market. I went see Basilia the food was great. Thanks for tip see you soon . AA CCC
Yum! Glad you enjoyed it! 😋saludos
Chillin like a villain at 4:20! Planning to build with rammed earth walls at all?
😎 haha. Actually we just discussed that with our architects, it's definitely a possibility
I just saw our colombian flag 🇨🇴 on one of the buildings on your walking tour 😂❤✌️
Yea a couple more Colombians in Puerto. I got a fade by one of them lol
I want to move to Mexico in about 9 years but I'm thinking of working from home but just don't know how to go about doing that. any ideas? Nice seeing you guys on here again! You're definitely lucky to be missing this Chicago weather.
There's a ton of info online just start clicking!
Mexico Relocation Guide on YT and Living Overseas TV on YT have lots of info on the topic.
Yes! Spot on!
a nice pool , and buy some vessals , portable homes .
Vessels, as in like submarine types? 😯
@@EatBailaTravel they do look like a submarine , hi tech , you controll everything by phone only 300k pesos, factory in monterrey will strt making them , im getting one for my terrenos in merida
@fabianescoto6046 that sounds really cool! Pardon my ignorance, but what would that be good for? Is it for fun? Disaster defense? 😅
@@EatBailaTravel they are cheap small homes , people are buying them and putting them in their land , some has solar panels you just need water attachment , and swer , look it up vessels small afforable homes
Ahh, how bout a video on how the finance for a property works there?
That would be hard to do. We paid in cash so we don't have experience with financing a property. We wouldn't qualify anyway because we have no credit history in Mexico and they don't accept foreign credit scores or anything like that.
Losodeli foreverrrrr
Losodeli!!!
Congrats on the land
Thank you!
It be nice to make videos on the construction process. I also have a lot similar to yours in Jalisco and would eventually like to start building in the near future. Congrats y'all!
Yes! We think it would be beautiful to document the process
You could build 2-4 apartments of different sizes, live in one and rent the others long-term or short-term.
Great idea!
be aware that to preserve the environment you must concrete as little as possible. So have dirt paths, wooden terraces, etc.
PS, I am a general contractor here in Northern California if I can be of any assistance 🤙🏻😎
oohh thank you!!
felicidades 🎉 que dios(yahweh) los bendiga.
Definitely a home with rentals or Airbnb’s ( more work though) live there for free . Expats are always looking for rentals
That’s definitely an idea we have in mind! Thanks! 😊
moved here in 2015. seen many lousy vlogs of puerto.videos like this one add to the over exposure of the area. its croded now, with tourists who sre rude to locals and often drunk.mazatlan, p vallarta, cancun tulum aee all ruined by excessive visitors. it will happen here soon.
It’s easy to point fingers at others when there’s a problem but don’t forget to point a finger at yourself as you might be part of the problem or the solution. Saludos amigo have a wonderful 2025!
Se ven mas GUAPOS 👩🏽👨🏽🔥😍😘❗️
wow really?? nos sentimos más cachetonsitos pero contentitos ☺☺🤗❣
anyone else noticed the crazy girl flipping off the camera at 15:32 hahaha
OH snap we didn't notice till now lmao

What is the boy doing for a living? just curious ... hopefully not shining shoes anymore!
haha, he's never shined shoes but there's nothing wrong with that. He works remotely for a US-based construction company.
Definitivamente la muchacha habla mucho!!
De acuerdo 🫢
Oh. no. The taxi mafia are coming to Puerto now? Bummer. It’s something i hate about playa. Not even locals can get a fair taxi price there anymore, just too many tourists
But we can accept that one fault + focus on the amazing things about Mexico 👌
yea that's a tough one because on the one hand I understand how the tourism increases cost of living for locals but it also feels like taxis take advantage.. :(
She needs to let my boy speak or finish his sentences haha..
It's all good lol
