Nothing will beat HBO. DAZN is certainly better than Sky now. What schedule do they have? Smith vs Eubank? I’ve been watching Canelo on DAZN, Usyk on DAZN, G Davis on DAZN. Haney ….Katie Taylor….etc. Sky is ok for domestic shows…granted…but every time they get a fringe world level fight they pop on box office. Plus Adam smith is absolute cringe….and it’s far too PC

So much respect for Chris Jr coming from such a privileged upbringing. Hagler said it's hard to get up and run at 5am when you wake up in silk sheets. Chris Jr was born in silk sheets. Incredible when you think about it. Boxing is not just the toughest sport on the planet, it can be life or death and you have to be a special human being to have the courage , grit and mindset to get between those ropes let alone fight at the hugest level. Hats off to you Chris 🫶👍🎩
The problem most of these Opponents/Trainers have, is they take Eubank lightly. They seem to think he isn't a 'real' boxer, he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth etc...
You don't get to the level Eubank Jr has got to without knowing what you are doing... Ok he hasn't fought the elite of the division as often as he should have GGG etc, but he arguably beat BJS in his first ever scheduled 12 rounder, fight was razor close, could have gone either way, he lost, again closely, to a much bigger Super Middleweight in George Groves, but aside from that, I don't think he has ever looked uncomfortable in a fight and he absolute destroys fringe world level guys, Chudinov, O'Sullivan, Yildrim, Williams and has then beat some serious World Class fighters albeit on their way down, Abraham, Degale etc.
To me... He doesn't actually get the respect he deserves, if he beats Smith on Saturday I hope he finally takes that next step up and fights for a legitimate World Title.
Eubanks sparring left a lot to be desired. Imagine the first thing you do after a spar is check the mirror becuase he knew he got caught and wanted to see if he was marked. Hes trying to fight in the pocket and null Liams strengths. Problem is I dont think he is good enough.
Providing Liam doesnt hit the matt early he can force a change in Eubanks gameplan. RJJ says he can box and fight now. Two ways to win. Two ways to lose. Good luck to both fighters.

Great fight. I've always liked Eubank jr as he's exciting to watch and being such a fan of his dad makes me want to support him too. However, Smith is a real quality fighter so this is a close fight in my opinion. I won't be upset whoever wins but I suppose if pushed I'd slightly prefer Eubank just because I'd like to see him against GGG and there seems to be some interest from GGG in making that.
I agree, Liam is solid with good pedigree, amateur and pro.. I think Chris can stop him late, maybe to the body...

I think this is Eubank's fight to lose.....
His chin is solid and if the likes of Groves couldn't knock him out, I don't see Liam being able to.
If though, he switches off, like he can do in fights, Liam could just get a points win.
If he stays focused throughout however, he can win quite comfortably.
Eubank Jr has only lost two fights (AFAIK) one to BJS who who went on to be a world champion, in a very close contest, some say he won. And to George Groves who was a world champion at the time, in the WBS only a hand full of rounds. George lost to Carl in the later rounds, sure George lessoned Jr in boxing, but in those later rounds could Jr have sent George to the deck with is amazing engine ???

Liam knows all about body punching, i remember him flooring Canelo with one body shot and then stopping him with another brutal body shot. or maybe it was the other way round cant really remember.

Liam Smith is my favourite UK fighter, he's no nonsense and highly skilled, criminally underappreciated and has deserved far bigger and better opportunities than he's been offered so far.

For what my opinions worth, I think this fights gna come down to distance. If beefy can stay on his chest it's his, if jnr can keep a good amount of distance, and jab it's his. Not sure he's got that though, or he he didn't against groves. Thats some time ago though, maybe Roy Jones has drilled it into him. I'll probably have a cheeky tenner on a points win for Smith if Eubanks is the heavier favourite

Hard to miss with a chin piece on the headguard like that, they already heavy then get soaked in sweat, they do nothing but make your opponents punches heavier to violently twist your head for the knock out, or as medical professionals call it, severe concussion.

If the old Eubank that loved a brawl turns up he would win via late stoppage. With RJJ in his corner, he will try and "box" and pick his shots, which won't be effective against Liam. 50/50 fight via points would not surprise me it be a draw.

Since Jones I saw improvement and sometimes all the ingredients to be a possibly great fighter never come to fruition as the trainer he had is a great guy I’ve heard and fundamentalist but I believe Roy Jones having been there may be that missing ingredient , His last fight I saw something he lacked , It’s like it’s all there in the past but ? But what and that I believe is found , Discipline and a change needed and still has his original for support and belief in Roy is monumental, Roy only lost I believe by daring to be great and going up to Heavyweight and facing a champion the rugged Ruiz , That is what hurt him in the end years having that gain then dropping the weight as Ali having to stop and restart , More to it just keeping it brief .
Eubank was really looking like he improved as a fighter,before he hooked up with roy Jones,that's when he emerged as a roy Jones Jr imposter,so when the going gets rough he gets caught between the old chris and the Jones Jr imposter fighter 😳 and this is why smith will win this fight easier than most people think 🤔
