    men i have a problem or maybe i dont know how it work but the "ctrl + D" to duplicate and the "ctrl + G" to group dont work in my power point ehm the ctrl + g combination is for save the template and not for group help please :c i live in south america well and use power point in spanish , dont know if this version haave a diferent combination of letters to duplicate or group

      Hi - please do the following: Go to Office Button | Word Options | Customize. Beside "Keyboard shortcuts," click Customize... Select All Commands and scroll down to the equivalent of EditSelectAll. See what shortcut is assigned.Even easier: At Office Button | Word Options | Advanced: Display, make sure that "Show shortcut keys in ScreenTips" is checked. Then when you click Select in the Editing group on the Home tab and mouse over Select All, you'll see the keyboard shortcut in parentheses.Source: answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/keyboard-shortcut-for-select-all-in-spanish/3c75d102-6e7f-4067-846f-19026116a010
